Whoever is the admin for your website, fire them. The site is extremely slow. As a website creator for my own business, I can tell you what the issues are and I'm not even on the admin side. The site is horribly sluggish. Slow navigation is enough to make a customer bounce in a matter of seconds. If I had an option or time to look for another supplier, I would. However, I have been getting these bags from you when you were "GT Bag" for several years and I like to be able quickly go to the site and reorder. But not with your site. It has been like this ever since the change.

The boxes we bought worked perfectly, first of all. Secondly, We experienced a delay in processing and when i called, a real American person picked up and got it worked out for me on the 1st call. Then, they overnighted the boxes to me because of the delay in processing. That speaks volumes about a company that wants to do business with me and cares about my purchases with them.

These bags came very quickly and the price was right. I wish they were heavier in construction. I sell heavy items and it is a bit light to handle what I usually pack into a bag. I received what I paid for.

I really like the bags for my products. If they were shown with product in them and how they close over the product, it would make it easier to choose which one will work. I bought one of each kind of closure to find out.

I appreciate your pricing, however, your glove photos are so small that I missed seeing that the gloves I ordered don't have stitching on the backs...had I known that ahead of time, then I wouldn't have ordered them...I'm a Santa with Toys for Tots and I prefer the long length white gloves in a XXL, with the elastic band & stitching on the backs...for people wanting a closer look at the glove details, I highly recommend that you please provide an photo enlargement option...thanks!!! I’ve bought from 5 star plastics before and now they have been bought or acquired by Action Bags. The original company, had very good choices for plastic bags. Durable & air tight seal. I would think, nothing would change from the change of company’s, however I was wrong. It actually got a little better. The speed of getting an order out. It used to take close to 3 to 5 business days to get an order shipped. Now it only took 2 business days!
