I needed gloves for a LODD
I needed gloves for a LODD. Action Gloves came recommended. I contacted someone via email and they explained that gloves usually take 2 days to ship from IL to WI, so I needed to order them asap. I ordered them on a Monday Night. On Thursday afternoon they had not arrived. I emailed the company, and a couple days later I was told the gloves were on back order. I never received any notification when making the order. I never received an email after the order was as made. I had to reach out to find out. I will not be using action bags again.

I sent a couple messages to make sure I was getting the right bags. (Contact Us section on the website and separate email) Nobody ever called or responded. It would be nice to have samples as an option that the customer could pay for.

I am done with Action Bags! When 4 Star Plastics was in charge I never had a problem and used to get my orders in 3 days now a week and half later still no bags! I guess if you need to order bags you should do it a month in advance. Im done!
