Very bad service.

Faulty machine purchased. No useful response from multiple contacts over a few weeks. Finally had to raise a debit card dispute with my bank and returned the item to their UK office as they did not supply a return address. Shockingly bad service. AVOID!!

I'm so sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. We let you down and I'm sorry. You should have not had such a bad experience. We spoke on the phone and as discussed we have retrained our customer service team and put additional safeguards in place to improve the resolution speed when things go wrong with products supplied by the brands we work with.

Don't buy anything from this company

Don't buy anything from this company. They are thieves. They sell you cheap products and then they don't accept any returns because their policy state so. UK wide there is law for returns within 14 days and this company by passes that. Really need to file a case against this company for their appaling policies and forcing customer to use their inferior quality products.

Appalling company

Appalling company . After an initial response with the promise of a returns label I can get no response at all despite several (polite) emails and no answer from their unlisted telephone.
Do not use .

Hopeless

Bought Veho Kuzo Smart watch through Vodafone app, and its RRP was £499. I paid £99.95 and this was not worth it. Feels cheap and not worth £50 let alone the price I paid. How this company have can sell it for £500 shows what business they are running. I decided to return under their 14 day change your mind policy. Sent email and waited. This was back in December. I received information for courier to collect mid January, I packed it up and returned it that day. One month later no communication at all. After 10/11 emails, still no response. I raised dispute through the bank, as they can claim back the costs. 2 months later I have refund and I am happy knowing that I do not have to deal with this absolute joke of a company. Expensive, hopeless with zero customer focus. I’m glad it’s over. Please avoid them at all costs, stay well clear!

Awful

Awful, I ordered over a month ago and my order is still not 'processed'. They now stopped replying to my emails so will have to report freud and chargeback through a credit card. Absolute JOKE. AVOID at all cost.

It literally took them a year to respond to this review - tells you everything really.

Yes it took us a year to respond, we have only just been made aware of the Trustpilot reviews.

I know we let you down and I could not be more sorry that you had to go through that. Everything that can be done to avoid this happening in the future is being done and under my direct scrutiny.
