Efficient customer service

I had an issue with my air bed and I got a response within 24hr and the team offering a great solution off the bat. They even offered to help resolve a situation with my sister without her having to go through the report process.

Grace was exceptionally helpful.

I lost the fin for my paddle board and I emailed active era asking for a replacement I even offered to buy one because they dont sell that part individually but I got a response within 24 hours with an incredibly nice member of the team and was shipped a replacement free of charge.

I bought a product which wasn’t delivered in time. I sent an email to advise this. From the outset Active Era was very supportive and helpful in getting a replacement to me. I had a problem with an item I had purchased and contacted Active Era to see how they could help me . After contacting them I was contacted immediately by Abi ( a colleague there ) who handled everything, so professionally, swiftly and kindly in a manner that helped me so much going through a stressful medical emergency . I cannot recommend this company and their staff highly enough . You can buy with a confidence that there is someone human at the other end to help with any glitches along the way . 5 stars all the way !

Excellent Customer Service - They are really helpful and considerate about sending my replacement order on time in spite of having some issues from their end on my first order.
Superb Product Quality - The product quality is very superior and nicely working. The bed size is perfect for two adults and doesn’t even feel like an air bed, it feels more of a normal bed and so comfortable.

No hassle very professional

I purchased a double airbed from this company because I thought it was the best product for my needs.
It developed a problem and so I contacted the company who talked me through the options and they decided to send me a replacement.
The service I received was great and I would recommend purchasing from this company who are great to deal with.

I had a problem with an airbed and upon raising this with Active Era they couldn't have been more helpful with getting my issue resolved. Eklis in their customer service team responded to my query very quickly in a polite and friendly manner and helped me from start to finish. So pleased with the single plus airbed I recently bought that I have just ordered another one.

Where our bed ???? we have been ordered days ago, no update on website no information.It is totally scam don't buy from them.
