Great delivery on time of this accurately described product.
Easy to inflate and deflate with readily followed instructions. The information advises that the unit may deflate after the first use and this did indeed happen (most probably from the material stretching from the initial inflation), however, the third use retained inflation and has not been problem ever since.
Very happy with this product.

Not what I expected
The bed is a lot harder than I thought (top plastic part) and I didn't realise that it doesn't auto inflate. It's also misleading the 56cm as it has a built in pillow (which I hate)

UPDATE REVIEW- Disappointed with the Quality – Not Built to Last
Updated Review:
I initially left a negative review because the air mattress started to fall apart after about 15 uses and just over a year of ownership, which was disappointing given that it was advertised as long-lasting.
However, I want to update my review because the company reached out to me after my feedback. They were very kind and helpful, and despite the fact that the mattress was already 1.5 years old and had been used, they still offered to exchange it. While the replacement was a slightly smaller size, I really appreciate their gesture and excellent customer service. Thank you for standing behind your product!
The air bed is okay for occasional use
The air bed is okay for occasional use, but I found it quite uncomfortable for sleeping. It lacks proper support, and I actually developed some back issues while using it. Definitely not suitable for long-term use, might be fine for short stays or guests, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you care about your back

Rubbish product
I purchased some bathroom scales which were supposed to measure everything via an app.
They were faulty from the start and took ages to turn on. After 24 mths they packed up all together. When I emailed Active Error I was told sorry out of warranty! Definitely would not buy from this company again.

Great Customer After Care
10 months ago I purchased a double airbed from Active Era. It worked perfectly until last week when it developed a slow leak via the electric pump valve. After only 2 emails, Active View staff (Grace and Hannah) had arranged a replacement under warranty, with zero fuss.
Great customer after care, which is rare these days. 5/5 rating. Thank you Active Era.

Wir hatten ein big size 203x152x56 Luftbett am 17. Dezember 2023 gekauft.
Unsere Erwachsenen Kinder freuten sich. sie kamen jedes Jahr einmal auf Besuch.
Ein Sohn kommt immer aus England auf Besuch un der andere mit Freundin aus Winterthur Schweiz zum übernachten.
Also das Bett wurde wenig benutzt.
Dennoch am letzten Wochenende im März verlor das Bett immer wieder Luft und der Fehler wurde nicht gefunden.
Obwohl die Garantie schon abgelaufen war (1 Jahr) wurde mir galanter Weise und Kulanz kostenlos mit Versand ein Luftbett gratis geliefert.
Das an alle die das lesen , das war ein außerordentlicher schöner und respektvoller Zug - Einstellung dieser Firma,
Nochmals , ein großes Dankeschön

I purchased an item from Active Era which had a manufacturing issue. I liaised with a customer service agent called Jenny. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble to resolve my issue. Really impressed with the customer service of this company. Top marks!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ACTIVE ERA
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ACTIVE ERA – THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER AND REFUSED TO REFUND THE PRICE DIFFERENCE!!
On December 31, 2024, I ordered 1 King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed and 2 Double Size Comfort Air Beds – all on sale. Active Era instead delivered 1 Double Size Premium Air Bed and 2 Single Size Luxury Air Beds.
At the time, we had just moved from overseas, and our furniture was still en route by container ship, so we decided to make do with the smaller air beds in order to avoid sleeping on the floor. I emailed Active Era with photos of the items they had mistakenly sent but explained that we had decided to keep the air beds and asked for a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and what I received.
I received the following nonsensical response from Active Era: “I understand how frustrating it must be to receive the wrong items, especially during a move. Since you've decided to make do with the smaller beds you've received, please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with regarding this order. Should you change your mind or need further assistance, we're here to help. Feel free to reach out anytime. Take care and best wishes with your move!”
This response obviously failed to acknowledge my refund request, so I followed up again asking for a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and what I received.
Several days later, an agent named “Abi” sent me the following response: “Thank you for getting in touch, I am ever so sorry for the mis-pick issue and for the delay in coming back to you. I have checked on this for you and regrettably the single Luxury air beds are £69.99 meaning the price of the goods you have received is more than what you have paid. If you would like to keep these air beds I am happy to leave ignore the price difference. Alternatively if you would prefer to return these, I can send out the air beds that were ordered?”
This above response from Abi was nothing short of ridiculous. The air beds had been delivered to us on January 3, 2025. By the time I received the email from Abi on January 13th, I had already informed Active Era that we were going to keep them because we had nothing else to sleep on. Suggesting a return at that point was meaningless. Worse, using the current non-sale prices to argue that I wasn’t owed a refund is outright dishonest.
Despite the pleasant tone of their emails, Active Era’s actions essentially cheated me out of the refund that I was rightfully owed. Active Era ignored their own sale prices and used current prices to cheat me out of money. That’s not just bad customer service – it’s shady. Their cheerful emails don’t change the fact that they refused to make things right.
Avoid this company. They are dishonest and have zero integrity.

Close to a year in my bathroom scales failed. I provided a sort video of the issue. The support team dealt with my email very quickly and have organised a replacement. No fuss, just good customer service and efficiency.
