Absolutely appalling experience. I placed an order and never received a proper order confirmation or any updates about its status.

A person calling himself Calvin contacted me, not to help resolve my existing order, but to try and sell me more of their products. When I asked for assistance with my original purchase and simply wanted an update on where my order was, he was completely useless.

Since then, the phone number he was using has either been disconnected or I’ve been blocked. Convenient.

And as if that wasn’t bad enough, TODAY another payment was taken from my bank account without my authorisation. I’ve reported the transaction and contacted my bank to dispute the charge and arrange a chargeback.

The entire experience has been incredibly suspicious, unprofessional and frustrating. No proper customer service, no accountability and now additional money being taken from my account.

I’m absolutely furious. Save yourself the headache and do not give these people your money.

Ordered 17oct. No collection by posr or updates since. Customer service team now Investigating if they can actually fulfill my order, and dont have a reason for the delay. Slow response times. Refund policy is very grey. Do not buy. Do not trust. Very likely scam. Id say the positive reviews are self made to mislead from the larger majority of negatives thst all share the same issue.

**GUYS, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THIS WEBSITE!**

I placed an order on October 3 because I was looking for a Henley shirt and came across their deal. It's now November 1, and I still haven't received anything.

Here's what happened:
- I was initially charged **$70** for my order.
- A week later, I was charged another **$39.99** that I never expected.
- I never received a tracking number or any products.
- I've emailed them multiple times, but received absolutely no response.
- There's no customer service number or reliable way to contact whoever is running this website.

At this point, I have serious concerns about this business and believe other customers could be experiencing the same thing.

I've already filed a report with the **Federal Trade Commission (FTC)** through ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Let's spread awareness and prevent more people from losing their hard-earned money.

Complete scam? No delivery ever received, but further unauthorised payments taken? No response to numerous emails, just wish I could find a genuine address to visit them in person!

Scam! Don’t do it to yourself, this site and their customer service is nothing but trash, and their products are cheap and fragile.

I ordered 3 pairs of their tactical cargo trousers 3 weeks ago, after reading they’re strong/thick, durable, and waterproof (all lies) a few days after ordering these products I received notifications of attempts to charge more money against my account (luckily I used Monzo and only put money on the account when I intend to spend it) I contacted their customer service about the attempt and their customer service agent Bernie replied asking for proof, which I provided then that same night another charge was attempted against my Monzo account, I emailed again asking for my details to be removed but no reply… 3 weeks later and still nothing!

My order has arrived… paper thin (can literally see daylight through the material) 100% polyester (advertised as 100% nylon) and practically falling apart!

I’ve emailed asking about refunds and returns but I doubt I’ll get a reply.
Avoid this site like your life depends on it!

WARNING!! This company is a total scam. I ordered a tshirt that, after many weeks and months, was never received, because it was never shipped. Then, they put on totally unauthorized charges for some “membership,” for $39.99, which is a total lie. I contacted them 21 times with 0 response. One of their email addresses doesn’t actually exist. So, a crooked company who will unlawfully use your credit card and never send you the merchandise you paid for.

Fantastic customer service and easy to buy

They stole my credit card info and continued charging me even though I never received the product I ordered from them. Had to file a dispute. BEWARE!

Fraud. I put in an order that has not been shipped AND they try to charge me 39.99 a week later. Luckily chase fraud caught it.

Calvin is a cool dude man, had an error with my shipping and he personally went out of his way to message me. What usually would come off as a simple sales pitch turned into a natural conversation with one of your mates. Recommended me heaps of mean as items and offered assistance on them. Calvin’s easy to take no for an answer and honestly bro just looking for out you and isn’t all about the profits. So far service and delivery time has been way too good and way too quick it’s unreal. Can’t wait to see the quality they deliver with their items.

This place is a scam! You won't see your money or product. I'm waiting 1.5 months on a t-shirt and no response from customer service. Don't waste your time Don't get caught with this cameras.

Got charged randomly. This is considered predatory billing.

Buyer beware…….saw an Ad on IG and thought I give them a try. Terrible customer service and communication. It’s been a month and my order still hasn’t arrived. They keep telling me they are checking with the fulfillment team and they are sorry. Never again!
