Apallingly slow
Apallingly slow. Apalling customer service, many ignored emails and no customer service phone number available. Waiting over 5 months for a small number of t-shirts that I provided to be embroidered. Still no resolution despite promises. Avoid at all costs

Wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a hat and a bag. The hat finally arrived (2+ weeks later) and was fine, but the bag wasn't sent. No explanation or apology given until I emailed them about it twice. They got back to me a few days later and said it was out of stock (then why was I able to put it in my cart?). They issued a refund for the bag, but not for the extra shipping I paid to include it with the hat. They are insisting that the shipping was the same without or without the bag, but that is not true. When I had just the hat in my cart, the shipping was $7.99; with the bag added it was $11.99. Will never buy from them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I should have check trustpilot before placing the order, no wonder why they got so many 1 star ratings. Placed an order on sunday and based on customer requirement we have to cancel the order. I have sent an email and filled the form from their website after few mins of placing the order. They emailed me backed after 2 days saying that, they can cancel the order but they charge 20% re-stocking fee, what a joke and they dont have a contact number to speak to.They just want to loot money this way. I would say just avoid placing orders on this website.

This company are charlatans. Sent order back they are denying recieving it . Got money back through Mastercard cashback with evidence postage etc now final notice saying will take court action for debt

Show which side your zippers are on. I ordered a Zip up Hoody. The zipper is on the left ( I sent photos as they asked of me. With one being another Russell zipper hoody that I already have. It, like every jacket, coat, hunting vest and all the pants in my closet zip up on the right.
I am 79 years old and have never had any clothing with the zipper on the left hand side of the garment.
They wrote back affirming that is the way the zipper was made to be from the manufacturers.
Of coarse, I can send it back at my cost.
I will not purchase from the company again and intend to tell everyone I know about my experience with Activeweargroup.

Weeks later they send an email asking if you would like a refund and then 2 months later.... STILL NO REFUND and we aren't talking about £20.00

I've had a similar experience to may other reviews. My order wasn't despatched within timescales, emails went unanswered and there's no way to contact other than via email. I only received an email and despatch notice after asking to cancel my order. This is a present, and unlikely to turn up in time. Awful customer service.

I ordered a jumper for my husband from this company to wear for a very close friend funeral. She passed away with breast cancer and the family have requested that we wear pink. The item has not arrived, no reply to emails and unable to contact them via phone. Avoid!!

I ordered from this company 4 months ago. I have not received the goods, and despite asking for a refund, so far nothing has happened. I have done a check on Companies House and discovered that they were not formed in 2015, they were formed in May, 2018. Lie number one. The business is being run from a private house in Bromsgrove, not Halesowen as they make out - lie number two. On Forge Lane where they say the are based there is nothing in Forge Lane that suggests they have any premises there. No sineage, no unit front or anything to say their company is here. I've tried to find them. Total scam company.

What a frustrating disappointment
UPDATE - Since placing the review a very helpful lady called Sarah contacted me as I had still not received delivery and got in touch with EVRI for delivery next day. As I had a deadline for the products and out of desperation I ordered the same again to see which delivery would arrive first. The very next day the first delivery arrived and I contacted Sarah who immediately gave me a refund for the second order which is now in my bank account. I will amend from 1 star to 3 just because of Sarah. If all the staff were as good as Sarah they wouldn't have got into this mess. Its such a shame there are so many bad reviews.
Original post - What a frustrating disappointment. I should have known there would be issues as they don't have a contact telephone number so there is the first problem. Made a small order of workwear T's had them delivered to my home. Placed the second order on the 2nd of December for express delivery (paid extra) express is 1-2 day delivery to the office (workwear t's) EVRI tried to deliver after 7pm at night! contacted activewear who said they couldn't do anything that I should download the evri app and change the delivery address. So did that and it wouldn't let me change the delivery address but in the end after the 2-3 failed deliveries I found the option to have it delivered to my local post office. Next day I get a blurred out image of nothing and a note saying they couldn't deliver because they tried to deliver it after the post office was closed! Total madness and incompetence. Since then I have tried to contact activewear who send me a couple of emails first saying it was delivered on a date before I even ordered the products! they were looking at the wrong order. Then another email that it was delivered to marlow in the south. The office is in Lincolnshire so once again the wrong order! Since then no contact from them. These workwear T's are required for a specific event which was needed by Monday 9th at the latest as we have to print onto them. Both activewear and Evri who both don't have telephone numbers that can be utilised have provided a dreadful service. It has left us in a mess as we cannot fulfil our project. Activewear get a telephone number. As of today I am still waiting for evri or activewear to deliver the t's I have paid for or to contact me with a solution. You would have thought they would send a replacement order by priority next day but no they have done nothing.

I ordered a load of bags, paid for speedy delivery - they took 10 days to arrive and only half of them arrived with a measly note inside saying the other bags I had ordered were out of stock, but they took my money for them!!!!! Now I’m waiting for a reply from them but can’t seem to get anywhere. £100 worth of bags I’m waiting for!!!!! Why have them on sale on the website if they are out of stock! Scam!
