The staff also give sound advice on how best to care for my vehicle in between

I paid £4280 for only a turbo charger failure to Dave relying on 2 years warranty. it’s now 14 months since they repaired the car and I have had the same issue through the period. Dave is an unprofessional ill mannered person gets aggressive each time I brought my car to him , he was so rude , ganged up on me with his older brother and each time tried to charge me some amount in excuse of different issues. my car petrol was drained by this garage each time I handed over the key to them . very dishonest people, I wouldn’t recommend this garage even for MOT . I ended up to take a legal action against this garage

This is a lovely garage. They keep in touch about any work that needs doing and don’t do more than it needs. Very honest and reliable.

Easy booking, a quick and efficient service

just taken delivery of Citroen C3, aaron kindy drove to my home, and quite a nice guy, i dealt with steve and seems the same, only had one issue that the rear parcel shelf was missing, after steve searched around he couln,t find it, and offered to find a replacement, so hopefully all will be well, other than that all round nice guys.

We booked this company through fixter for a cambelt change. The charged us for it the first time did not synchronise the phonics wheel which was out of sync a d asked for the same amount of money again to fix. So we paid twice for a same job. They had not fitted the belt correctly and it made lot of noise in idling round 1300 to 1700 rpm when we reached out to them they said it was the brakes or wheel bearing etc on idling. I have very little trust in these unscrupulous traders who rip people off citing stuff and do shoddy workmanship. Be informed and make up your own mind. We tried engaging with them but they take no responsibility for their poor quality of work and fix it. Basically they had not done the tension in the cambelt and serpentine belts correctly. Which is basic!

Dev and his team fit me in very quickly, popped a new clutch and a new battery in, and did oil change. When I picked the car up the radio has malfunctioned possibly due to the horrific recent rain causing water ingress, snd they sorted that out too. Next month is mot and service and I'll go back to Dev.

I booked an MOT and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Really friendly team. The MOT was quick.
They have a comfortable waiting area, which was nice for a local garage.

I read a few good reviews and thought I’d take my Skoda Citigo to this garage, as I thought it had some issues with a lack of power. They were very friendly, after I explained the problem the mechanic said he thinks it is the clutch, he took my car for a short drive test and said my car’s clutch was working ok and acceleration didn’t seem to have any lack of power, but they advised not to use “supermarket fuel” anymore.

Great customer service every time l attend. I’ve been using Acton Service Centre over the past three years or so and each time Dev or Keish have gone out of their way to accommodate and assist. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They took my car in through the RAC after breaking down. My car was able to be dropped off despite being outside of working hours and they fixed my car in a matter of days - despite it needing considerable work. Communication was excellent throughout and my car is running fine, thank you.
