I have been welcomed into this team with open arms! What a supportive community too.
I am new to acting and they always give me open and honest feedback which is supportive and structured so I know exactly what I need to work on. The consistent self tape challenges are amazing!! It keeps me on my toes and give me the opportunity to be creative in a safe space! Not to mention all of the extra courses you get included in the member ship! I’m learning new techniques and getting advice from experienced and well known people in the industry.. LIVE and I can also work on other courses or catch up on previous sessions at my own pace. It really does fit any life style!
Any time I need help with the technical side I get a response almost instantly and it’s always professional and empowering, putting me at ease!
Sooo worth the money! Just wish I stayed closer so I could attend their classes in person!
Best thing that came out of 2020 was joining this incredible team and community! Helps with my anxiety and has given me passion and drive again and it makes me want to keep pushing myself to do this as a career

I joined the Actors Gym a year ago around the time we went into our first lockdown and it has helped me immensely stay focused and continue to train online. The Classes and Q&A's from different industry professionals are very helpful and theres plenty of other materials which can be found on there.

It’s great...I feel like in the beginning it was hard to understand the website but after a while it becomes easier.

The Actors Gym offers great resources to stay on track and keep learning through various courses. I've really found this valuable, especially in a time like the pandemic where there aren't too many opportunities to keep your skills in shape. It helps stay accountable and motivated, and the feedback is very helpful!

Have really enjoyed my experience with the Actors Gym so far! The monthly self tape challenges are a great way to stay motivated to continue working, with helpful feedback to help you learn and improve. There’s constantly updates or new opportunities to get involved with which has inspired my love of the industry even more. I am a full time college student so often cant make it for the live classes but they are all uploaded so you can view them when it suits you! Would definitely recommend to anyone at any level or experience!

The Actors’ Gym is a great and accessible platform for actors from all backgrounds and levels of experience. What makes it shine is how every guest speaker/workshop facilitator is a current working professional in the industry - It adds a real credibility to the whole platform. Doing the Self Tape Challenges has kept me sane during lockdown and the feedback has been invaluable. Keep training! :)

Really enjoyed my time with Reel Scene’s Acting course. All the tutors are working actors who has not only just the acting skills, but also the industry inside knowledge which is really beneficial and has helped me in my professional work. Everyone on the course are proper sound, we’re like a family, haha!

Really, really helpful for any actor, of any level. You get top tips from A Listers, but I believe the self tape feedback service they run is truly a helpful tool. It’s fantastic!

The actors gym has helped me keep working to a very high standard, with workshops each week I know I can always learn somthing new. I have already been able to put the work I have learnt online in to practice and, I have learnt how important it is to know what is going on in terms of the entire making of a TV show/ Film, and not just you as the actor. This information has been invaluable to me and I can't wait to learn more.

I joined the Actors Gym in December 2021 in order to further my acting skills and experience. With Covid it’s been impossible to join a drama club. With the Actors Gym I was able to go back into acting, but with a different perspective : I was able to virtually meet professionals from different backgrounds and to learn directly from them. The diversity of people that run workshops, master classes (and so on) offer a perspective of acting that I’ve never had before. My acting experiences before the Actors Gym was mostly on how to act on a stage. Now I have some knowledge of the cinema/TV show business ! With that knowledge I do feel like I’ve grown as an actor.
Not only you have access to amazing workshops with amazing artists, but you also have the opportunity of doing the self tape challenge each month. Because I’ve never done it before, I found it amazing ! It allowed me to get out of my comfort zone, because rewatching your tape back can be tricky and embarrassing! But it’s definitely helping you to grow as an actor (and as a person)!
In short, my experience on the Actors Gym has been amazing, AND it completely fits with my schedule !!
I could recommend this platform to anyone, even people who are still studying (or working) and that are looking to further their acting skills and experience !

The platform provides connections with different actors and industry professionals.

I attended a workshop at the Reel Scene back in Feb/March 2020 headed by Ceo Alex and Actor David Schaal. it was a great workshop and i learned loads. Covid then hit and i was fortunate to still be able to progress my learning by joining the Actors Gym. The acting community within the gym are very supportive.
The Actors gym offers numerous classes and workshops hosted by Directors, Actors and CD's. Even if you miss a session you can always go back and catch up. There are Two monthly self-tape challenges where you receive individual feedback from ever rotating assessors.

I joined the actors gym at the end of last year after winning a competition where I was granted the opportunity of speaking to an agent (that worked with the gym) via zoom.
I knew straight away how professional the actors gym were & how much they respect each actor as individuals. The opportunities I have been given via the actors gym has been amazing. The communication between themselves and members has been spot on, the feedback from self tapes is always helpful and positive, helping you to improve as a performer rather than pick at your performance.

I love being a member of the gym & taking part in the self tape challenges/Q&A’s etc and I look forward to continuing!

So far so good. The website is easy to use. It seems like it is a work at your own pace kind of a thing so be warned, there will be no hand holding. You get out of it what you put into it. Have fun & study hard!

I joined the actors gym just before Christmas, and I really love the challenges they give and the feedback you receive each month. They bring in a variety of professionals from the industry each month to help you with your craft. I really appreciate everything they have done for me so far, and I highly recommend them.

They really want to help get the best out of you! They want you to book the jobs, and improve! Very positive people with loads of constructive criticism.

I’m really great full for everyone at the actors gym. They saved me in the pandemic and have helped me get back into gear.

This has honestly been the best acting community and the best experience I have had! Unfortunately due to confidence in creating self tapes ect I have not yet taken part in their challenges but I have attended some of the classes that are ran on this site and it has all been the best experience. This site has got so much to offer and is ran by a great team! I cannot fault them one bit. If you are just getting in to acting or even been acting for awhile the actors gym is definitely the place to be!

I have been signed up to the actors gym for around two months now. It has been a great way for me to still learn and train in acting and understand the insights of the acting industry. The self tape challenge happens twice a month which is great because it has kept me motivated and busy during quarantine.
The online zoom classes has helped immensely especially when it comes to dissecting a scene and understanding what the purpose of the scene is and who the role is.
I look forward to future classes on The Actors Gym.

I love actors gym it gives me everything i need. I have college quite a lot so what’s useful is they have classes almost daily and you are given quite a while to complete self tapes so it is very time efficient :)

Really helped me develop my self tapes. I’m becoming more confident. Having a different person analyse my self tapes each month, give me different opinions and feedback. It really helps. It’s amazing!!

I started out as a actor not understanding the industry or what I wanted to do with my career. Then I came across Alex fidelski (CEO of Reel Scene) who my dad spoke to in which it led to me to make a decision to attend the 3 month course which was one of the greatest eye openers for me, I got to learn everything I wanted to first hand and this later on led me to join the actors gym after getting a SA role in a Reel scene production based film also called ‘The Bystanders’. Since joining, the actors gym has allowed me to improve as an actor as I’ve met so many experienced coaches such as David Schaal, Terry Besson, Skye Hallam who taught me more about the craft than I could ever know. From active thought to the mesiner technique ( A way to prepare to go on camera) it has truly benefited me as a performer and I would highly recommend the actors gym;)
