The Uniit is THE best gym! Teresa and Ben are brilliant instructors! And so friendly.
I have a health restriction but have felt safe to increase the weights under their guidance, I’m now lifting heavier than I have done for years! The Uniit has become my happy place 🤗 The other members are all so friendly too, I really can’t recommend the Uniit enough 🤩

Absolutely love this gym. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and full of positive energy. The staff are genuinely brilliant — always approachable, supportive, and constantly pushing you to get the best out of yourself no matter your fitness level.

The coaching and encouragement make a huge difference, and you can tell they really care about helping members improve and reach their goals. The environment is one of the best parts: everyone is friendly, and there’s a real sense of community that makes training enjoyable.

Facilities are great, sessions are well run, and every workout leaves you feeling amazing. Easily the best gym around and I honestly can’t recommend it enough.

I love these weight lifting classes.
It's all about building strength and getting stronger.
They're very good at encouraging you to push harder while keeping good form.

Love training at the unit small classes & the best of trainers !! Seem to get a nice set of people training there !! The gym is so clean !! Mood lighting !! Good music !! I’d been following The Uniit on social media for sometime before I finally built up the courage to make a change and invest in ME.

Yes, initially I was nervous but what can I say?! Everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. It’s a small community who build each other up.

The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and push you out of your comfort zone - they believe in your abilities and know you are capable of so much more.

I have recently joined The Uniit and I love it! 🖤.
I’ve done a variety of classes now and really enjoying them! The team have been really welcoming, supportive and encouraging, they guide you through each session to ensure you are working to your limits but so you also have the correct form to prevent injury!
The members are great, really supportive and welcoming, it is always daunting starting a new gym but from the off it has be great!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym, it has completely brought back my love and confidence for working out again. The instructors are amazing — so friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about everyone and their progress. The people here make it even more better; it’s such a lovely community where everyone encourages each other and celebrates every little win. I’ve never felt more comfortable, motivated, and happy in a gym. It really is the best gym I’ve ever been to ♥️

I have been a keen sports woman for 40 plus years. My body gets used to the same exercise, so I get the same results.

Teresa’s classes challenge all muscle groups and are helping me recover for a frozen shoulder and weaker hip. I am corrected on my form and advised well. I feel stronger, more hopeful about my recovery and the classes are improving other sports/activities I do.

The environment is for everyone, you work at your own level. No competition, we are all there for our own reasons/individual goals.

I have done many classes and had many person trainers over the years.
Teresa is the best I have had. She is consistent, focused, passionate and puts her all into her classes and PT sessions.

Ben sometimes covers classes and the standard is just as high.

A great team, good value for money. It’s as good as it gets down at ‘The Unit’.

I love it here! Its a full on 50min workout! The variety of classes are great. You are always in for a challenging workout which are for anybodys fitness level. 💪
