What a fantastic product.

I cant get a refund allegedly for hygiene reasons as I bought it for my wife and had to open the seal for her to try it. There was no paper work within the box apart from some instructions in English and French on how to make it work. Nothing to say once you opened the transparent cover your rights to a refund had gone even if you hadn’t tried it on. Beware of this company who don’t give clear instructions about your rights

It’s a brilliant product. I thought I was being conned at first. Says on the site 24hour shipping which I think is very miss leading as it took 5 days to get to me. Asked them about it, they said it gets shipped in 24 hours but not delivered. So in my eyes, they shouldn’t put that. Anyway, the product itself is really helping me already, only used it 3 times so can’t wait to see how I feel in a few weeks after using it more!

Very impressed with the reliability and make of the product. i Have pain in my right shoulder from a fall a few months ago, and already have experienced a lessening of discomfort from using the device.

Its massages exactly where i have a litle hump at top of spine, i work on my laptop alot, and have spine diesease, this helps at those times it becomes too much, exactly like a 10s machine, but easier to use, dont even need the collar on to make use of the massage pads, perfect, i would recommend.

I ordered this to see if would help with my blood pressure and I’m happy to say that it has been amazing results. It has also helped with tension headaches. I use it twice a day at the moment for 15mins. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The delivery was good very polite young gentleman. I would recommend this product.

This product has helped my neck pain a lot . I no longer have daily discomfort going up my head.

The best thing I liked about Acupeo was that when there was a delay in my order being delivered, they told me about it. They emailed me twice, which makes such a difference from other companies. I'm very happy with my purchase, but I think it might take a bit longer to see if it helps my problem long term. The only downside (for which I deducted one star) is that I was under the impression that this device could be charged through a USB cable. It isn't, and I do think that I would have looked for an alternative if I'd realised that at the beginning.

I was surprised to find the sensation is not what I 'd call a traditional vibration. It is far more than that in that the feeling produced is to block neck pains. My first use of the device seems promising so I will continue to use as advised.

This worsen my neck pains on both sides of my neck. I contacted the seller who has a Paris address via email; no customer service phone number.

I emailed them about this worsening neck issue from this product and asked them for return label. I will contact Paypal regarding this issue. And to add a note, this came in a flimsy packaging and the item is not durable , it is cheap. AVOID!

My acupeo tens massager stopped working properly and I have been trying to get a replacement and I’m getting nowhere. They obviously didn’t believe me when I said it wasn’t working properly and got me to send a video in with me holding my fingers down on the electrodes and I have received no acknowledgment that they’ve received it or a replacement and I keep trying to contact them and I keep getting cut off. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I bought this Acupeo for my husband as he has problems with his neck and shoulder. He has found it very easy to use and feels relief at the time.

Would have apprecated a usb charger, I haveny used it as no batteries came with it, so I have to get some. Not easy when mibility is poor and no one to get them for me,

It really helps my left knee that pains me after walking. It is easy to use and an easy size to carry
