The device cannot be operated by the user on the back of the neck, there is no timer and not able to reach around to change mode or indeed switch off. Tried to return the item but the company being very difficult about it.

Easy to order, v.good communication re order and delivery. Received quickly and in v.good packaging.

I have found the Acupeo very helpful and easy to set up. The delivery was quick and l was emailed regularly with tracking information.
I am very pleased and glad that l read other reviews and got this little gem. I will be buying the other pads to place on other parts of my body, like lower back.

The Acupeo is easy to use all over my body where I have aches and pains - shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles, and seems to be helping reduce the pains.

Bought a neck massager which arrived in a damaged flimsy box . Didn't even open the plastic packaging inside as I wanted to return. Contacted the seller to find out how to return for refund. No reply at all , no address or instructions on how to return on website. Over £60 out of pocket , wish I'd checked on Trust Pilot first before using this company. Have paid through PayPal so trying to resolve through them. Avoid !

Warning : a bit of a scam. If you do buy this device, make sure it is what you expected before taking it out of the sealed cellophane bag. There is nothing on the box or bag to say it is not replaceable if the seal is broken. The only reference to this is in the T&Cs, which you don’t really read until you need to return the item.
A poor quality item, not worth the money. Do yourself a favour and buy a Tens machine from one of the many reputable companies.

Recieved a faulty device about 6 weeks ago. Still waiting for a replacement. Have emailed several times and sent a video as requested. No other way to contact this company so can't get to speak to anyone. Very annoyed and frustrated. I have asked for a refund if the device isn't replaced but still waiting to see what happens!

To be honest I thought it was another fake nonsense business another scam I can honestly say it as easied my back. Legs and knees. But my neck it doesn't do any good so I've give it 4 stars

I read comments saying good for Sciatica. What settings would you have for that to work ?
There are 6 settings but instructions don't say what setting might be better for what issue

Bought this last year but didn't use it that much. Used it a few times recently and doesn't work. Customer services said use lithium batteries which I have but still doesn't work. Waste of money.

Finally arrived, very long wait for it. Very confused, called Acupeo, London. Registered office is in Paris. Item was sent from Hong Kong, all sounds a bit dodgy.

It works well after finding the settings to suit me well recommend Taff

Arrived promptly, and functions, but instructions are scanty, lots of choices but not much information about using them

goods didnt look new argued with them over this finally opened a dispute with paypal and they agreed to refund me if i sent the goods back at my own expense which I did and then I got my refund ....would never ever buy from this company again
