"Mon compte a été bloqué sur la base d'un échantillon de moins de 10 mails envoyés en une semaine. Je précise que ce sont des mails automatiques de confirmation ou de désabonnement. Il a suffi qu'une personne se désabonne et se plaigne d'avoir reçu un mail de désabonnement pour que mon compte soit bloqué. Nous n'avons même pas eu le temps d'envoyé une seule lettre d'information à cette personne."

The only thing I am having problems with at the moment is setting up a Cron task. - It was never this complicated in earlier versions and I can't find any instructions on how to set it up - I have to use the manual features to send out emails. I am up-to-date with versions and using the Essential version. Any hints on the configuration page are vague. Just a 'Help' link would be good to give better instructions.
