As a web designer, I use AcyMailing on every website. Even the free version works well for us to send newsletters. It's easy to write and send newsletters.

I can say that the support is very committed and dedicated

I have paid for a subscription for 2 months, but the license cannot be deactivated. The reason was probably a different license in the CMS. The new one cannot be installed. Level 2 Support will take care of you. I hope it will still work. But so far no function, but money spent. I contacted support, but we don't finish the Problems for 1,5 months. I pray.

Good product, efficient, and good support

Despite repeated requests, ACYMailing simply fails to provide the account details for the "Bank transfer" payment method on its website. You can select this payment method, but then you can't get any further, because nowhere on the website can you find the necessary information about the account details. It is completely incomprehensible to me why this essential information is not given there. I first had to request it from the company. I then received it, but it can't be true that everyone who chooses this payment method has to request the account details via a complicated e-mail enquiry. Very customer-unfriendly! Even my renewed request to finally put this information on the website is still being ignored. I have just checked this again.

Die Bestellung der Essential Version war unkompliziert. Leider wurden nach dem Kauf keine Lizenzdaten im AcyMailing-Account angezeigt, so dass weder der Download-Link noch der Lizenzschlüssel angezeigt wurde. Nachdem ich Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen hatte, wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert und das Problem behoben. Und das sogar am Wochenende! Die Bedienung von AcyMailing ist wesentlich einfacher, moderner und logischer als die Bedienung der bisher verwendeten Joomla-Mailing-Komponente.
Wenn nun auch noch der automatische Versand der Mails funktioniert – ein Test mit nur wenigen Mailempfängern verlief ohne Probleme, der erste Versand an alle Empfänger steht noch aus -, gibt es für mich keine Kritikpunkte.

@EDIT: Der automatische Versand der ersten 135 Mails verlief gestern ohne Probleme. Genau so habe ich mir das gewünscht :-).
