Ref number 1003446 Ordered a solar panel control unit on the 05/08/2026 heard nothing from this seller after this so today 12/08/2026 I emailed them for the 2nd time and got a response not in stock and lots of excuses a photo of a different controller asking me if I would take this one instead I said no and asked for a refund I waited for a while no response so reported it to PayPal who refunded me.

Hi John, I'm really sorry about this. We've had a tough few months behind the scenes going through Making Tax Digital compliance which hit our operations harder than we expected. That's no excuse for the poor communication you received and I completely understand your frustration. I'm glad PayPal sorted the refund but I know that's not the point — you shouldn't have had to go through that. Would never use again. Appalling.
No contact whatsoever. Placed an order for an item definitely IN STOCK. They took the substantial amount of money and in the very long wait they did not contact me to say they didn’t actually have the item. On the last day given for delivery and no air conditioning unit I contacted them and they said it was out of stock. They said they would let me know when there would be more which was unlikely to be soon, keep my money and offer an alternative. I had no idea that this was the case and would have asked for a refund instead of waiting for it. By the time I found out everyone had sold out and I lost my opportunity to find a replacement while all sorts sat on my money. The replies from someone who said they were the owner were unbelievable. Totally unprofessional, totally unreliable, misleading and unbecoming conduct.

In three years of trading this is our first 1-star review, and it clearly shows we fell short in this case. We have been in the middle of a major systems change (Making Tax Digital and new accounting software), which put significant pressure on our operations. During that period, stock for some high-demand items moved faster than expected and we failed to contact you promptly. That is our responsibility and I apologise.
You should have been told much earlier so you had the choice of a refund or alternative, rather than waiting. I understand this left you without the product and without the chance to source a replacement elsewhere at the time.
We are still working through the final stages of this transition and are improving how we manage stock and communication so this does not happen again.

Easy to set up. Very comfortable chairs ....they don't heat up in the sun! Tookna minute to work out hoe to open the table legs.
