Ordered a watch, had a little trouble receiving the correct one however Adam was great at resolving the issue and had the correct watch sent out to me within 48 hours. Very good communication and was continuously emailing me updates.

I bought and received a lovely watch from them but even though Yodel's service was terrible I couldn't not fault the customer service I received from Adam's Allsorts. Great communication and kept in contact with me the whole time and chasing up the delivery and keeping me informed. The watch arrived and it was worth waiting for nicely packaged and the watch was beautiful. I'd happily use them again.
