Purchased an item of clothing for my Elderly father . Order and payment was taken then refunded days later with no explanation of why .

These are the prettiest nighties, that do not look institutional, yet are practical.

Bought fully open nightdresses for my mother onend of life care. They look pretty, feel soft and are easy for staff to keep her fresh.
Customer services great - they answer the phones and do get back to you. I returned two nightdresses that weren't in the correct style, refund was prompt.

You said I would be informed when goods were despatched but did not do it. I had to chase up the delivery before being told the goods had just been posted. When they arrived the quality was good.

I called Adaptawear to confirm that delivery would definitely arrive in time for my mother's birthday and received very friendly advice and reassurance.
The garment arrived very quickly, and I understand that it was of very high quality.

Jacket is excellent quality and just what we needed to keep dad warm. It’s Velcro opening and closing means dad has control of dressing himself and makes it easy for him to take on and off. The buttons up the arms make it easy for syringe driver and cannula access. This is perfect and just what we were looking for. Great for patients who spend a lot of time in bed, as it is the perfect length. We paid for swift postage and it was here the next day. Excellent service!

Odd material but great for anybody having to wear an VACOped orthopedic boot. Perhaps the range could include shorts for those incapacitated during the summer

Adaptawear. Has fulfilled a few orders from our family and this one has yet again benn efficient and timely in its delivery and excellent in the quality if the goods.
I missed getting my 5% off as I needed to order my goods and did not receive the 5% email in time. I am hoping that when I order next time it will still be available.

Trousers should be offered with different leg lengths. Length for lady 5ft 6 is 2 inches too long I will have to be careful so don’t trip.

Unfortunately the item purchased did not fit. It was returned and a full refund issued.

Although it was mentioned on the description that the 'pants' were snug fit, my husband couldn't get them anywhere near fastened, so be aware of this, they really need to be 'resized' by the manufacturer.

Lovely quality, great for a wheelchair user, however, quite difficult for a person with poor hand mobility, to access.

Easy to order and arrived a couple of days later.
Quality of product is good but unfortunately I had to return it for a larger size, so waiting on return of larger size.
Larger size arrived very quickly.
