I’ve been using Flos pads for about a year now and love them, if I ever have to use another brand now I really notice the difference.

I used to get rashes from the old brands but since switching to Flo haven’t had any at all.

Love them!

Firstly I absolutely adore that this is a woman owned and led brand doing real things for woman and their health. The packaging is simple but super cute, vegan friendly, they donate profits, their website is raw and real and I can’t stress just how much I love everything about about this brand. As soon as I discovered them I purchased their regular, super and super plus tampax range feeling like my life was about to change! This is where I was a little more disappointed. The tampons themselves seem shorter so they are very comfortable, I can’t fault this at all however I found them to be less absorbent than a brand I had been using which means I was having to change much more regularly (not ideal at a Wembley gig believe you me!) and doubling the amount of Tampax I would get through in a month. This creates more waste and more of a financial impact. I also had a few occasions in a public bathroom where my Tampon didn’t release from the applicator so I had to take it out and reinsert ‘manually’ if you will which isn’t ideal with the talons I have. 🤣 I will give the pads a go however quite disappointing on the Tampax side. Saying this, my experience won’t be everyone else’s so please take this as a note rather than a reason not to give these a go because I really would recommend trying them for yourself and being kind to your body whilst backing such a wonderful brand. ✨

I’ve been using the pads and liners from Flo for a long time since the pads from other brands always give me bad reactions. I suffer from extremely heavy periods and these pads are so comfy. Decided to take the plunge and switch to the underwear and so far (albeit were a few hours in to my first pair), I am loving them!
Shipping was a bit delayed, but lucky it was as I somehow managed to order half my order in the complete wrong size. Emailed the team who switched sizes for me all in the same day. Kay was excellent and was so helpful with anything I needed.

I tried to log in to cancel my subscription as am getting too many deliveries but at first it didn’t even recognise my email, then it showed me my account but showed there were no active subscriptions for me to be able to cancel (am still receiving products and being charged so there must be a subscription somehow); then I emailed their given address almost 2 weeks ago and no response, so I tried their Facebook account, and just got a response saying to email them, which they don’t respond to! Really undermined my trust in this brand - how can it be this hard to cancel your subscription if you’re a legit company? Not a good look. I will never use them again and will not recommend them to friends.

They feel so soft and comfortable to wear. The liners have made a big difference to my plastic impact and interaction with chemicals. I’m thrilled I can now buy these in some supermarkets. Thank you for caring about women’s health and creating these products! Good quality top product.

I ordered from hereweflo in mid April and had not received my items by May. I emailed customer service numerous times and received no answer or acknowledgment. I came to Trustpilot to see if others had had issues and someone else had mentioned they were refunded by their bank. I have done this myself and the bank has given me a temporary refund - however the company has dared to dispute the claim! My bank is still supporting thankfully but I will never use the company again and urge others to not order online from them as they may have the same experience. It is June now and I have had no items delivered or a response to my emails. They used to be a good company and I had ordered from them before with no issues, but this is an insult. They have no respect for the women they claim to support which is a shame as a disabled woman their products were so handy!

The worst experience opening the pads. Difficult, annoying and frustrating. It’s gives you enough time to hate the brand, the product and the price

Absolutely love these products! Have bought in store and on line (easy and quick delivery). The package is fun and love that they get your flo changes and gives you variety. Most importantly it’s safe and when my Daughter starts here period I’m not going to be worried about what she’s using. Love it x

Disappointed. Tampons are useless - no absorbency at all. Pads aren’t much better. Waste of money.

I wanted so much to like the sensitive bladder pads, and whilst they do keep any smell at bay magnificently they bunch up and the stickiness is virtually non existent, to the point where I’ve just noticed the pad down the leg of my leggings 😳 a shame as I ordered 2 months worth thinking maybe it was a bad batch, I’ll have to go back to other brands I’m afraid

I've been using Here We Flo pads, tampons and liners for some time now. And I am completely satisfied 99% of the time. Every time. They are FANTASTIC. Especially the fact that I can buy a mix of day and night pads in one pack and regular and super tampons in one pack. Truly designed with women in mind and makes purchasing cost effective! Would love the option to have day and night long pads in one box too! As I sometimes have to double up on my heavy day, with the night pads. The long night pads aren't as accessible in terms of being available in stores (at the same great prices) or at Holland & Barratts in store or online. They only seem to be available via Here We Flo directly.

I placed an order for multiple products from Here We Flow on the 23rd January. I emailed to ask when they would be delivered last week and they asked me to wait until early this week before contacting them (I had to email twice to get a response).
I emailed again to say they had not been delivered but they have not replied.

I will be calling my bank in the morning to get my money back.

Its a shame but they are not worth the hassle

So the pads are super comfortable and so much nicer than the ordinary pads that you buy from the shop, they don't make me feel itchy or sweaty but I've knocked 1 star off for the fact I feel they need more sticky stuff on the pads and wings, they bunch up quite easily and I get worried about it leaking because it's moved and I've also knocked another star off because you don't get a choice of a single size tampon. They only come in tubs of 2 sizes which doesn't work for me. My flow is never particularly heavy so I don't need super tampons, I only need regular but you can't buy 1 size on its own so I have to buy a tub with super tampons in it when I'm not going to use them so it's a waste. Otherwise they are good and cheaper than others that are similar but I won't be buying the tampons again unless they start selling them in single size tubs.

Terrible customer service. My order was purchased 19th Jan and hasn’t arrived almost a month later. Multiple emails sent to the here we flow, messages on social media and NO response. Really really disappointing.

The product itself is pretty good and I really like the minimal plastic. I like the fact there are no chemicals either. The main problem is the website. It’s not easy ATALL to navigate your account to find and edit subscriptions and it’s confusing once you do eventually find it. It’s a shame because I love the product & the company but the website lets it down. And seeing Hello Gorgeous each time does grate a bit after a while 😬

Great product but don't buy online there website had problem was made to feel it was my error , ended up not sending product back , for ten proud a pair you would think that sending 3 pairs in the right size as a good will gesture might have been easy and not break the bank customer service Great if you send the itemback by two weeks I'll buy from a store this time .....great product poor customer care ...passed them on to a friend as they are amazing I must highlight it's not how everyone should run a business, however there website was having problems but this was not advertised untill I contacted them , many Blessings x

Love the look etc but the sizing is way out. I wear a size 12 and even the large which says size 16 was soooooo tight on the waist. I have no hope in the medium as it was too painful to wear. Shame. I contacted the company but no reply.

We had a problem with missing products (parcel opened before delivery) it was immediately rectified.
Very happy with all the pads, will definitely start a subscription.
