Not the experience/service I expected
I placed my order on 11/20/23. I still have not received it. Their message still reads "PROCESSING- ALLOW 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MOST ORDERS TO SHIP. PO ORDERS ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS." When I called to get an update the email I received back (you have to communicate with them via email) stated the item comes from the manufacturer and there was a problem with them receiving my order so they placed my order again. I still haven't received my item. I'm very frustrated and discouraged!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We understand how frustrating it is when items don't arrive as expected and that certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers.
We were unaware that you had not received the order until you contacted us on Dec 6th. We immediately reached out to the manufacturer and had the order re-shipped to you. It shipped on Dec 7th and we just received the tracking information.
Please understand that only 2 business days had passed since the time you contacted us and the time you left this review. It takes longer than 2 days for an order to process and reach a customer's doorstep. Your package is in transit and scheduled to arrive Wednesday, Dec 13th.
As a small, therapist owned and family run business, we rely on the honest feedback and positive reviews of our customers in order to continue our mission of supplying the special needs population. Considering we were only made aware of your concerns 2 days ago and how responsive we have been once the issue was brought to our attention, we hope you will take a moment to reconsider if 1-star is truly reflective of our company and the service we have provided to you.
