Tak for rigtig god service.

Jeg skulle igår hente 2 lækre tasker i pakkeshop. Men ved en fejl var kun den ene taske med. Efter et hurtigt kald til Adax kundeservice og en snak med en meget venlig medarbejder, kunne jeg her til formiddag hente min anden taske. Det kalder jeg sgu hurtig og god service. Tak for det.

Important note for U.S. customers considering Adax bags

If you are ordering an Adax bag to the United States, be prepared for very high import tariffs — around 60% of the bag’s price. Although Adax is marketed as a Danish/European brand, the bag I received was manufactured in India, which triggered U.S. Section 301 tariffs. These charges were not clearly disclosed at checkout, and the duty bill came as a surprise after shipping.

The bag itself is nice, but the unexpected tariff completely changes the final cost and value proposition. A bag that seems reasonably priced can quickly become extremely expensive once duties are added.

To clarify, Adax is a Danish brand. All our bags are designed in Denmark and handmade in India, a collaboration that has been in place for over 25 years. We provide information about this on our website and on each product page, so customers are aware of the craftsmanship and origin of our bags: https://adaxshop.com/blogs/responsability/people

Import duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not collected or covered by us. We always recommend checking current tariffs before placing an order, especially for countries like the United States where import duties can vary and change over time. We inform customers about this in multiple places, including our Terms of Trade (accepted at checkout) and our FAQ page, so that customers ordering from outside the EU (or vice versa) are aware that additional charges may occur.

Even though customs and tariffs are not charged by us, and that most customers shopping online today are aware of import duties, we continuously work to improve our customer experience by providing clear information about customs and tariffs, so everyone can make informed decisions.

Kun 14 dages returret - håbløst ved køb af gaver

Havde købt en julegave mere end 14 dage før, men kan så ikke bytte den ☹️
Adax var efterfølgende søde og forlænge returretten. Så nu har jeg alligevel fået pengene tilbage 😊

Vi er kede af at høre, at du oplevede det som “håbløst” at købe julegaver hos os.

Vi har haft udvidet returret frem til den 12. januar, hvilket også har fremgået af vores hjemmeside og vores returinformation. 🙂

Som regel forlænges returretten fra slut november til start januar, da vi ved, at mange kunder køber julegaver allerede omkring Black Friday.

Worst after sales customer service ever

Second incident with them. This time, the transport company they work with decided to leave my order in a parcel shop 64km far away from where it should have been left. I contacted Adax customer service, and the only thing they told me is: that the transport company maybe decided to leave it there because the other Parcel shop was full, and that I SHOULD GET IN CONTACT with the transport company, because they can't do anything!
Excuse me??? How am I supposed to get to a destination which is 64km far away and who is going to pay me the costs?!!!!
In other words:that they don't care.
I don't recommend buying on their web, because in case of any complication, caused by them or their transport company, you are left on your own.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by GLS with the delivery to the parcel shop.

We would like to clarify what happened in this case: before shipment, you contacted us asking to change the delivery point. In order to do that, the order would have needed to be cancelled and placed again with the correct parcel shop. We also put the parcel on hold and offered to cancel it so you could select a different delivery point.

You then confirmed that we should proceed with sending the order, which is why it was shipped to the originally chosen parcel shop. Once the shipment is handed over to the transport company, the delivery is fully managed by them, and sometimes a parcel shop may be changed if the chosen one is closed, full, or otherwise unavailable. This is clearly stated in our Terms of Trade, which customers accept at checkout.

To avoid this in the future, we recommend choosing home delivery, which ensures the package is delivered directly to your address.

We understand this situation was inconvenient, and we always strive to assist our customers as much as possible within the limits of the delivery service.

Fantastisk service

Jeg har en Adax-taske, der har fulgt mig i over fem år – og den holder sig stadig utrolig flot. Ud af mine over 50 tasker er det en af de absolut mest værdsatte, og derfor var det også lidt trist, da remmen gik i stykker i den ene ende for ca. et halvt år siden.

Jeg søgte længe efter en ny taske magen til eller bare en tilsvarende rem, men fandt desværre intet, der matchede. For omkring en uge siden besluttede jeg mig for at kontakte Adax direkte – og hvilken positiv overraskelse det blev. Allerede samme dag, jeg sendte billeder af tasken, fik jeg hurtigt og imødekommende svar: Jeg skulle blot sende eller aflevere remmen hos Adax, så ville deres reparatør kigge på den.

I dag afleverede jeg remmen – og mindre end 30 minutter senere stod jeg med en repareret rem i hånden.. Så enkelt, så effektivt, og med en service, der virkelig fortjener ros. Jeg skulle end ikke betale for denne fantastiske service.

Til sammenligning afleverede jeg for næsten tre måneder siden en langt dyrere taske fra et kendt internationalt designermærke til reparation-den er stadig ikke klar, på trods af at det var en reklamation under garantien.

Tusind tak til Adax for ikke bare at levere kvalitet, der holder i årevis, men også for en kundeservice, der overgår alle forventninger. I har helt klart vundet min loyalitet – og tasken får nu forhåbentlig mange flere gode år i brug!

Disappointed with quality and customer service

I purchased the Addy Latte handbag from Adax Bags and I’m thoroughly disappointed. The bag has a dreadful chemical smell that hasn’t faded, even after weeks of airing. The quality is substandard — after just a month, it looks worn and cheap.
I raised a complaint, but was told nothing could be done as the 14-day return period had passed. Very poor service. I won’t be shopping with Adax again and wouldn’t recommend them.

Amazing costumer service work

I would like to shear my resent expierence with Adax costumer service. I had some issues on sale so I emailed them. Got the answear to my email the next day. The problem was solved in 24 hours. In 3 days bag was already in front of my door in Stockholm. It is very rare that you expierence such a great costumer service. AMAZING.
The bag arrived extreamly well packed and is beautiful! The quality ir amazing. Definetelly going to order again, because my expierence got me a trust in the company itself. The only one thing which Adax should think about is the dust bag which was like 2 times smaller then bag itself.
Recommended.

Unfortunately not happy

Wish I have read the reviews earlier, but I guess I was too influenced by the influencers that I follow on Instagram lol. I ordered two bags: the portofino shoulder Lotte in black and Rozanno Marlin braided chocolate. When I received my order I checked the bags and at first it looked good, but here’s the thing: Once I went outside with it (and the light outside is obvious more clear, maybe bad lighting in my house idk?) I saw the bag had multiple damages. I have to say. It is disappointing.. you can tell either it has been used or I got a sample or whatever.. i have kept the bag in my closet untill yesterday to use. Hope the store reach to me for a solution, cause I don’t really know what to do and from what I am seeing I’m not willing to pay a return fee.

Fantastisk god service!

Jeg er - og har altid været, stor fan af Adax.
Jeg har købt tasker, handsker og punge og alt har været i super fin kvalitet og er det stadig.
For ca. 1½ år siden købte jeg 2 lækre, sorte computertasker til mine voksne sønner. Desværre er inderforet nu i stykker på den ene. Jeg sendte en mail til Adax med vedlagte billeder af tasken og selvom jeg ikke havde styr på hverken faktura eller dato for køb, hjalp den venlige og hjælpsomme medarbejder fra e-commerce mig. Hun fandt fakturaen og der blev straks sendt en ny computertaske. Det kan man da kalde fantastisk god service.
Kæmpe tak herfra.

Seriøst dårlig service ift. at kunne returnere en julegave - kan heller ikke byttes til andet produkt - virkelig dårlig kundeservice som jeg tvivler på hvorvidt er i tråd med købeloven.

Hej KM, vi havde udvidet julegave returret på alle køb fra midt november frem til 7. januar, hvilket også var tydeligt i vores handelsbetingelser. Vi er rigtig kede af at høre du har haft en dårlig oplevelse med returnering men vi overholder altid købeloven.

God kundeservice

Jeg havde bestilt en taske til min mors fødselsdag, hvor der desværre skete en fejl i leveringen. Jeg ringede til kundeservice og talte med Diana, som hurtigt fandt fejlen og derudover gav mig 10% og sendte pakken igen så jeg havde den dagen efter. Fejl kan ske og jeg er glad for kundeservice tog hånd om det!

God service!

Jeg købte en taske på deres lagersalg i efteråret 2023, som desværre efter et stykke tid gik op i selve flettet. Herefter kontaktede jeg kundeservice og fik ordnet taske helt gratis hos Adax. En virkelig god oplevelse! Jeg er så glad for, at jeg igen kan nyde min taske :-)

The customer service was so…

The customer service was so disappointing. They cancelled my order after I paid already with no explanation while I was the one who contacted them to ask about my order details. Also they denied that I paid while I show them screenshots of the email approval .

We asked you to send some identification as our system wouldn’t accept your shipping details and we couldn’t verify you. As you wouldn’t send any, we unfortunately had to cancel the order. We have never drawn any money from your account. We understand your disappointment, but as we experience a lot of fraud, we have to be thorough.
