Buggy website lead to waste of money.
The website was very buggy back on April 16th. I was with a friend and my sister and we all signed up on the same computer together, for them it allowed them to get the most basic package but for me it forced me to buy a package for my life insurance class that included a study guide, flash cards, videos etc. this was obviously a much heftier price & the class I wanted was the next day with my friend and sister so I just bit the bullet and bought it. Mind you it was like 10PM so I couldn’t call for tech support. Now I can’t even use the study guide cause I found out it expires after 60 days. I don’t even know why it would expire, I paid my hard earned money & now I can’t even benefit from it. I just don’t think it’s fair at all and it wasn’t made clear to me that it expired in 60 days. I called and your rep was very rude even though I came with a very pleasant attitude. I think her name was Ginger if I remember correctly & she did not want to help me at all. I hope someone can make this right.

While we recognize it was after hours, we always encourage students to wait until our support team is available before finalizing a purchase if something doesn’t look right. We’re here to help walk through any issues and ensure you choose the best fit.
As noted in our Terms and Conditions—which are agreed to upon enrollment—study tools like flashcards and guides are accessible for 60 days from the purchase date, with options to extend for a fee if needed. These expiration timelines are listed under our Course Access, Expiration, and Extension Policy, and are designed to reflect course pacing and licensing guidelines.
Additionally, our records indicate that we did not receive any contact from you about this concern until July, well beyond the access window, and at that time our representative simply explained the policy and offered the available extension options. If the interaction felt unhelpful or dismissive, that’s certainly not the experience we aim to deliver—we appreciate respectful communication and work hard to offer consistent, policy-aligned support.
We know navigating licensing prep can be stressful, and our goal is always to be as transparent and supportive as possible. If there's anything else you'd like to share that might help us improve the process or communication, we’re open to hearing it.

Add More Visual elements
Just reading information and taking practice test and writing notes on index cards was not enough for me. It would be better if there where more videos to follow along with since I am I visual learner. I also felt there was an overload of information instead of only focusing on the more important topics, that really focus on the Florida life and health exam.
