I appreciate one fee for a year for all…
I appreciate one fee for a year for all courses I need to take. It is a relief to know if I take an incorrect course, I can take the correct one without having to pay an additional fee.

Kept completing sections
Kept completing sections, then looked at the dashboard to find I didn't get credit for the section or sections that I had completed. Happened over and over again, took me 4 times as long as all of the other vendors' courses I've taken. NEVER AGAIN.

There is a lack of course options, which makes for a painful, boring experience. The name of your company is hard to remember as it gives no clue as to what you do.

Immediate update to transcripts...it couldnt be better! Just don't change!! I seek you out every 2 years for assistance on my agent renewal gor IL and every other two years for my TX renewal for adjusters license and none overlap though they should! Thanks everyone! You are the best!!

I like the fact that navigating your website is user friendly and all of the course material (insurance terms/concepts/examples) are in laymen's terms, therefore, easy to understand ...would've given you guys a 5 star if you had an app, that way your customers could study the material on the go!

Our system shows that a confirmation email for your webinar enrollment was sent on June 2, 2025. These emails occasionally end up in Junk, Spam, or Other folders depending on your email provider, so we recommend checking those locations to locate the message.
According to our records, you’ve already been refunded for all webinars you enrolled in. However, we still have a copy of the invoice from your initial enrollment. If you'd like us to resend it for your records, just let us know.
