Very easy to order and the whole transaction from ordering online to delivery was so effortless.
I had a phone call from Aeshah introducing herself and welcoming me. And the prices and availability of stock was great. Definitely a long term client.

Order said complete on website, when it was not.
Holding delivery until back order arrives in store, when selected not to wait for order to be complete before delivering - the reason we have been using Adelaide Direct Stationers

Thankyou for your feedback.Order confirmations show on the website but all available stock is available to see prior to ordering.Available stock is sent unless a hold until complete option is ticked,I can see you placed an order on the 10/05 and all available stock was delivered on the 13/05.Some of your backorders arrived this morning and were immediately released
