Very thorough and caring team, helped me to understand my problems and get me an answer.

Under no circumstances should you use this service. Despite repeatedly warning staff that I was experiencing medication withdrawal, I was left without treatment for weeks. Administrative responses were extremely slow unless it involved payment. I have spent hundreds of pounds and had very little direct contact with doctors — most appointments were brief sessions with nurses, which were still charged at significant cost. My overall experience has been unsafe, distressing, and poor value for money. If zero stars were an option, I would give them that.

Dr Shah was absolutely amazing! Such a lovely caring person. I was worried about opening up to a mental health professional but Dr Shah immediately put me at my ease. She was great at following up on what I was saying to get a really comprehensive understanding of my experiences. She also gave really useful feedback about where I can go for further information and gave useful advice about holistic treatment options.

Not only did they promptly deliver the reports to my GP, but they also ensured that I received them on time. While the price may be on the higher end, the quality of service provided truly justifies the cost. ADHDme were really helpful. The office team were really helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I had and talked me through the process of booking and titration. When booking an assessment I got to look through all the doctors they had available to choose someone with a knowledge and background to understand my specific case. Dr Shah was both kind and professional, explaining the process to me the whole way through and conducting a thorough assessment and explaining her conclusions to me based on my examples and the childhood/partner surveys. I felt I came away not just knowing that I did have ADHD, but understanding my ADHD. The titration process has been excellently handled and I have received my prescriptions very promptly. It has made such a difference to my life.

ADHDme has changed my life. After struggling for so many decaded, I finally realised that I'd most likely had ADHD. Not being able to face the NHS waiting lists, I used savings to pay for an assessment. It was extensive, professional and the Dr Shah was so understanding, taking me through it step by step. Any time I've needed to speek to someone, caring staff are just an email or phone call away. It's so supportive. I cannot praise them highly enough.

So far, I've had a great experience. The prices for the services are competitive so I went to ADHDME after a bad experience with the NHS. I met with Dr Nwogwugwu for an assessment, who made it incredibly straightforward by showing which tool he was using. It was very streamlined and he was able to tell me there and then that I met the criteria for ADHD. He was very open about what would happen after the appointment, and I got my GP report within the timeframe.
I've had one follow-up with the nurse Ayo (Sofola Ayodele). He was very informative and really put me at ease. He also replied quickly to any follow-up questions I had. The process for getting medication was also straightforward and the supplier provided good communication.
It's been a really positive experience so far and has really changed my life for the better.

Very poor admin/customer service. I paid 595 deposit and got no confirmation for the payment or appointment. I had to chase this up and eventually had someone phone me. There was a mix up with my appointment time so they fit me in quite last minute. I was told I'd hear back with the reports within a week, it has been over a week and I've had to chase this too to be told the admin staff were off and it would be done today. I still have heard nothing. Honestly the only thing that is good about this company is the dr I had the assessment with. Everything else is terrible. I paid a lot of money for this and feel as if I got the bare minimum.

Didn't even get to an assessment, the receptionist was SOOO unprofessional and straight rude there no way i'll risk spending money here.
He couldn't answer my questions and couldn't help further so he first hung up, i called back as i'm serious about wanting an assessment then proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere saying i clearly don't like the service.... well absolutely spot on now!
The one who spoke to me was the same guy from the terrible videos on their website explaining various parts of the process.
To add to the unprofessionally, look at those videos as they speak for themselves, they are edited awfully and the presence and explanation is not acceptable for a "professional" company and service.
I've been struggling so much, crying and all trying to find somewhere and get myself to book and that's what i got, he should NOT be working in an industry like this at all!!!!

The whole experience for me from start to finish was fantastic. I was able to register my application, choose my own psychiatrist and pick a date and time that suited me. My referral was within a week of me submitting my interest and the forms that I needed to complete prior to my assessment were sent the same day that I made the booking. Dr Nnamdi was excellent, he was friendly, patient and very thorough, he really made me feel at ease even though I was a little anxious about the appointment before it started. I was given my diagnosis at the end of the appointment and then the dr gave me info on treatments available should I wish to go ahead with them. The whole process was so smooth and I received my copies of the assessment including scoring and notes made by the dr and also a copy of the letter sent to my GP within a couple of days. I would recommend them to anyone looking at taking the private route for referral,
