This is now the third time I have booked with Chris and again, fantastic. I had to change my whole holiday and it was faultless, Chris dealt with everything effortlessly. I will definitely be using Chris at Adored Holidays again

We have booked with Adored Holidays before and have never had anything but 5 star service from start to finish. We booked a last minute trip to Dubai for 5 nights at the end of March, staying at the Sofitel The Palm. Adored Holidays were by far the cheapest after several searches online. Chris, as always is incredibly helpful and always available to answer my 20 questions!! Thanks again :)

I wanted to take a moment to share our experience working with Chris at Adored Holidays for our recent trip to Dubai. This is the second time we've had the pleasure of booking our holiday through him, and once again, he delivered exceptional service.

Chris was attentive and took the time to understand our preferences. He made the booking process seamless, handling everything from flights to accommodations with great care.

Just came back from Mauritius. All the arrangements were done by Chris who was very particular and efficient with his work. He listened to our requests and also suggested better things for us. He managed to get us a room upgrade in one of the hotel. Looking forward to dealing with him on our next holidays

We have just returned from a holiday to Dubai, booked with Rosie at Adored Holidays. She was really efficient and got us a great deal. A slight mishap at the hotel on arrival but having messaged Rosie, it was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Would definately use Rosie again. Thank you

Just returned from a fabulous holiday to Dubai, all perfectly arranged through Chris at Adored Holidays. First time using this Company, but would definitely choose them again.

Booking was easy. Alex was a great help. The hotel and the service was fantastic. Transfers to and from hotel was spot on. Would recommend to all to book through adored holidays.

Booked last year for Dubai in October 2025, 16 months earlier to get a good price. Originally wrong year was booked. Luckily spotted it. Then when I paid the balance. Flight home was booked 2 days earlier as the price on our date booked was too expensive….. communication was awful. Multiple unanswered emails and fob off phones calls.

When I finally got some answers they admitted to messing up but we’ve ended up having to go 2 days earlier, which means more days off school for my daughter as we wanted half term for most of the days and was going a few days before, now she’s off for a full week so will be fined.

No empathy offered for their mess up. Was basically take the date changes or refund the holiday. No compensation offered except discount off a future holiday. Obviously won’t be booking again via them

The customer service is excellent. They take the time to get to know you, and found us the perfect holiday. In our case it was to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday and they worked with the hotel to make this extra special. We (family of 4) had a fantastic time and our needs were met perfectly, from private transfers to excellent advice on hotel and flights. Highly recommended!

This is probably our fifth holiday we have booked with Adored. Chris as always stepped up and delivered a great package. Very efficient and professional as always, and we cannot wait to book with him again!!

From my initial call with Chris, months before our departure to Abu Dhabi, Chris was so polite and helpful with holiday suggestions for our first holiday as a family with our baby!

There was no rush, no push to urgently book, and always let us take our time when it came to discussing things with my husband. I feel this was brilliant as we’ve worked with other travel consultants and we’ve always felt rushed to get things booked.

I cannot fault the last 5 years of repeat bookings with Chris. We found him through wanting a trip to Vegas and the first time having flights changing / cancelled by doing things ourselves. We didn’t want the same experience. Chris takes all the hassle away, keeping us updated and also trusting that we as adults will meet the deadlines set. 4 trips to Vegas and 1 to New York. Changing review to 5* although we waited a while to get sorted (change who we were flying with) it was done very quickly by Alex so we thank you, everyone in our party is delighted with new flights, now we are going from our home town via London to Orlando 😀would still book again through adored holidays

Once again been let down 👇, daughter was promised email on Friday past with different flights from different airports so that we as a group could look over them this weekend and make a decision to keep original or go for alternative and still haven't received anything, as a company I would have thought that your customers deserve better??No Where on the site can I put ref number in to get onto our booking

Thank you for reply we phoned yesterday and was talking to Chris who was going to phone me back yesterday but still waiting on the call from him to see if our flights can be changed.

Was recommended by my family. Chris was so helpful nothing was too much trouble, he even managed an upgrade which was amazing. Would have no hesitation in using again and recommending. A massive thank you to Chris!!!
