What fantastic customer service. My package kept getting delayed by DPD with no explanation. As soon as I contacted Adore your Skin customer service - Rebecca in particular was patient, and very helpful - and another was sent tracked Royal Mail with an apology and a coupon. Thank you Rebecca. This is a great company and I will certainly be using them again.
I’ll be honest, I was a little sceptical at first when I discovered that my favourite face cream, which I’ve been using for years, was considerably cheaper on this website. It almost seemed too good to be true! However, after checking Trustpilot and seeing the great reviews, I decided to take the plunge and give them a try.
I’m so glad I did! My order arrived within just 48 hours, was packaged beautifully, and the whole experience was completely hassle-free from start to finish. The product was exactly as expected, and I genuinely couldn’t fault the service.

Wow! Impeccable service, bought a medik8 item 1:30pm yesterday, delivery 10:30am today! Cheaper than other retailers, well packaged and multiple track emails, faultless, my now ‘go to’ online retailer, super impressed!

We'd like to reassure you — and anyone reading — that everything we sell comes to us directly from each brand's official UK distributor and is checked before dispatch. This product is supplied by the brand without a cellophane seal as standard, and products are filled by weight rather than volume, so a new jar or airless pump can show an air gap or feel part used on first opening; pumps also frequently need priming before any product dispenses. We're always happy to verify an individual item where a customer has any doubt.
We pride ourselves on our customer service, something our customers regularly praise us for, and we responded to your email in full just over two hours after receiving it — unfortunately this review was posted before we'd had any opportunity to help. That offer very much still stands: please reply to our email with photos, and if you're able to weigh the product we can compare it against another unit of the same item. If anything is genuinely wrong, we'll replace or refund it without hesitation.
