I intentionally searched for the role of a BA on Totaljobs and I saw that the skills set or the expectations for the role are exactly what we are learning from the onset. I look the fact that we also work on real life case, it really prepares you to get into a job.

Very engaging hands-on experience from day 1. I was looking for a program that would give me enough experience and confidence for the job market and Advance Careers did it for me. The course advisers helped me settle on the right course for me and they keep pushing me to be greater.

As practical as said. There’s no doubt about it at Advance Career UK if you’re looking for a BA practical experience to move into your new role. You practice as you do the theory. Advance Career keeps you informed ahead of each task and provides records of any practice missed so you can replay it even when you don’t understand it at first. The training allows collaboration and sharing of ideas during the workshops.

Communication level: The ACUK team communicated ahead each stage of our training, keeping us well informed.

Hands on program that will have you thinking & managing work projects like a working professional best way to learn ready for the real world in whatever career you wish to pursue.

The program was really hands on (literally being thrown in the deep end). It was at first difficult to get an overview as to where I was going but understanding that it's a system based process helps. The only thing I find missing is that the organiserss need to validate the deliverables a bit more before the actual presentation e.g. I did the Use Case, Swimlane and Process flow diagrams but was not sure if they were correct. No feedback on these were expressly given eg. "This bit is correct but do this next time and add this here"etc. As a result I am still clueless about the end result being correctly done. Going forward the organiser should ensure at the end of the course that industry Certification is given to successful participants eg CBAP-IIBA. A little more mentorship may also be given especially in the first or second week to help clueless people get more orientated. The feedback after the presentation should also provided suggestion for those who were not so confident presenting. In closing I commend the team for what they do, the program definitely works the leadership are very engaging and provide tremendous encouragement and practical experience.
