The program has good interactive modules to help you understand the skills needed to succeed as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. The videos and modules were able to help me better understand the proper procedures, and the program itself was flexible as it was move at your own pace. I overall had a great experience with the program and would recommend it if you're someone who has a busy schedule and wants to move and their own pace!

Very bad experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend them to everyone. We should go from here.

ACT has an amazing CCMA course that is self-paced and user friendly. All of the links, websites, and activities were easy to figure out and I had no technical difficulties. The instructors are super helpful and supportive whenever you have questions, and they respond to emails really fast. ACT provides more than enough time to complete the full course at your own pace. Great option for pre-health students looking to gain some education and experience.

Staff and instructors are very responsive and provide excellent tips on assignments. I'm glad I found this program during my senior year in undergrad; it was very convenient to work on alongside my full-time student schedule, and after graduating, it was convenient to work on outside of work. There can be some anxiety associated with starting a career in medicine, but ACT made it as smooth and doable as possible. I just wish I had started it when I was younger!

This online course is very suitable for people who work full time, have many responsibilities and busy lives. I am so thankful for this being a self-paced course. The simulations give real-life scenarios and really prepare you to work in the field. They have excellent communication and career support as well. Also, many opportunities for externships, and certificates. This will open the door for whoever is interested in learning about being a CCMA or just furthering education.

I used ACT to get my CCMA certification. I took this course while in college, getting my bachelor's, and the self-paced aspect of ACT made this possible. The instructors are so helpful and grade assignments within a day and they are always on hand for any questions or assignment issues. I have truly learned a lot with CCMA, and I am so excited to take my NHA exam and start working as a CMA!

Knowing that there was people there to guide me if needed and resources available for me to succeed even after completing the course, was reassuring and aided in my success. Additionally, I found that the simulations and assignments accurately reflected what it would be like to work in a clinical setting. I would recommend this course or any course offered by advanced eclinical training especially to those in college looking to further their career in healthcare.

Getting certified with ACT is a great option for anyone looking to get their certification in a flexible time frame. It's possible to get through the course quickly but it can also be done over a longer period of time which is great for anyone with an already busy schedule. There are also many additional benefits such as the externship opportunities and career support. The material was very manageable and was a great introduction to the healthcare field. My only critique is that the level of difficulty of the course and its tests and quizzes did not match the difficulty of the NHA exam. I think if tests and quizzes had more challenging, NHA style questions, that would have provided better preparation for the NHA exam.

This program was the best choice out of other CCMA courses!! This course has so many benefits. This includes self-paced learning, easy-to-understand curriculum, a guaranteed externship, and career support for after you finish. The mentors were incredibly helpful and supportive in my journey to becoming certified. I would 10/10 recommend this program to everyone!!

I loved that this course is self paced. As a full time college student it was easy to navigate at my pace and work when convenient. The staff are also very receptive and approve assignments nightly, which allows you to move forward easily. Thank you ACT for a great experience!

Using ACT to become a CCMA was incredibly convenient and the right amount of challenging. As a full-time college student with various other responsibilities, this course allowed me to work at my own pace without feeling extra stress or pressure. Despite it being fully online, it was still challenging in such a way that allowed me to feel like I was learning very valuable and difficult skills even behind a screen. I highly recommend getting the phlebotomy training kit as well because that was super helpful in translating some of the skills in a hands-on manner.

Overall, it is a great experience with great advisors and professors!

This Advanced eClinical Training course was self paced, easy to understand, and extremely helpful. I was able to learn so much about human anatomy, how to administer medication, and correct patient care. This definitely prepared me for the final exam and how to be successful in my career one day.

As of last weekend, I am a recent university graduate that has spent the past year balancing an extremely busy schedule. I was working as a scribe, a full time student, and also advancing in my ACT CCMA course. Today, I finished my course. I really appreciated how flexible and self-paced this program was. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics and the simulations were AMAZING, they truly helped me connect the material to real clinical situations rather than just memorizing information. Especially the ones where you can literally speak to a virtual patient and have a conversation with them. and they will reply to you. You also receive feedbback for every part of your dialogue to the patient. All of this is a tool I have never learned with before and it made a huge difference especially since this is an online course and this feature helped put it to actual use. It built my confidence putting myself in the shoes of an MA and realizing how I have to speak to patients to help them feel comfortable and educated in their experience.

What also stood out most to me was the support from the instructors. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly and were always kind, encouraging, and willing to help. All my assignment reviews were approved almost immedaitely, and when I was feeling stressed about deadlines, they were understanding and even offered an extension, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, this course gave me a strong foundation in medical assisting while allowing me to learn at my own pace. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible path toward becoming a CCMA

This self-paced medical assistant course is very well structured with a lot of valuable information important for the position. This course prepares you well and the instructors are helpful. They are accessible and replies fast to emails. They also provide further explanations that helps with understanding hard concepts included in the course. There are a lot of resources for career development and advice. Love this course! Definitely recommend!
