Ordering was easy. I forgot to send my tax certificate and I called over a week ago and was told to send it in and I would be credited. I did send it in and still haven’t received a credit. Thank you

I recieved the incorrect item
My order for an Encore series AED was confirmed on August 1st. The AED arrived on August 14th. What was recieved was an AUTOMATIC AED, not the semi-automatic unit we ordered. I left a chat message, voicemail and sent an email to this effect asking for instructions how to get the correct unit and return the incorrect unit. This is now August 21st, and not one of my messages has been responded to. Very poor Customer Service. I am at the point of blocking the credit card charge to get you to respond.
