I had to gave 1 star just to get to write this. If given the option I would have given 0 stars. We bought an AEG dishwasher that has not worked properly almost from the start. Eventually it stopped because the pump had packed up, we paid for the repair only for it to break down again with the same fault. The engineer said that it has been leaking internally for a long time. I had to chase for a response from the so called 'Service Department' but they are as useless as the machines themselves. All they offered was a refund of half of the amount paid for the repair and then they wrote the machine off. DO NOT BUY AN AEG APPLIANCE
Extended product warranty bad experience
I bought an AEG laundry dryer based the fact that AEG offered a promotion for extended warranty. Although my model qualified for the promotion, they refused it because the warranty only is offered for certain resellers which was not mentioned in the promotional materials. I bought it from the most important and biggest online store in my country and they said they did not cover it. Sent it back and switch back to Bosch.

Kontakt med AEG Sverige via 0771-767676 upplever jag som mycket dålig tyvärr. Efter 3 samtal med olika mottagare/avdelningar samt chatten hänvisas jag till ovanstående telefonnummer och att välja ”2” som knappval. Där tar det stopp, inget svar och ett moment 22 med hänvisningar om nya knappval. Vid försök att få ngn att vidarebefordra mina uppgifter internt till rätt person för en lösning av mitt ärende, (där jag ändå pratade med någon var verkningslöst). En tragisk nonchalant inställning av personalen hos ett mycket omtyckt varumärke!

I ordered a new washing machine direct from AEG. We paid for this and were told within 2 days the delivery team would get in touch. Two days went past and nothing so i called the delivery team number and was told they knew nothing about it. Two hours of waiting on the phone and nothing. Got on the chat and after a while was told they haven't sent it out as they have issues with distribution and it could take 2-3 months. Was told you can have a refund. So agreed to get the refund. The person said it will take 5-7 working days. After 10 days nothing. Spent another day on chat to get told they can't issue a refund as they need a credit note which hasn't been done and there is no manual way to do it so sorry but we have exhausted all posibilities. Basically they have stolen nearly £700 from me and are unwilling to help. Liars and fraudsters. Do not buy anything from AEG.

When we had a new kitchen installed a few years ago we had all new AEG appliances. Washing machine, double oven, combined microwave/oven and dishwasher. Over the years they have proven themselves as being trouble free and very reliable.
However subsequently lately we have had to contact the service numbers for repairs. Whilst the staff who eventually answer the telephone service help lines themselves always appear to be pleasant and polite, getting through is like pulling your own teeth out so much so that we have now replaced all of the appliances with AEG except the dishwasher which is now a Bosch. Hopefully the replacement machines will be as reliable as the old ones and I won't have to waste what time I have left on this earth by calling the service departments! To make life easier I wish I had purchased all the appliances through John Lewis as their purchase prices were good and they price matched, delivery was spot on too. The rest of the appliances I purchased direct from AEG on Black Friday by speaking with someone (eventually!) by telephone and not by their 'chatline' which I suggest you avoid like the plague.
Horrible service after purchase DOA
I purchased an AEG fridge from Power.se. Delivery was swift, but when I plugged it in, the fridge didn't cool at all. I contacted AEG chat who forwarded me to Electrolux services. Almost 3 weeks of waiting before I could get service on a brand new fridge! The day came for the service technician to arrive (today). All his papers were wrong. He thought the fridge was 4 years old, so quite impressive how he even ended up at the right address. He spent 5 minutes "troubleshooting" and concluded that the fridge worked and left. I had told the booking team exactly what the problem was, what I had tried, like having the fridge run for days with a thermometer not going below 23 degreess, checked whether compressor was getting warm, etc., so how can he conclude that the fridge works in 5 minutes .. by the way it's of course still faulty. I called support and complained. The answer was that they would get back to me in a couple of days. So I still have a faulty fridge, soon 2 months old. I am amazed such a horrible service exist today, so I STRONGLY recommend future AEG customers to really consider if this is the manefacturer you want on kitchen appliances, as you might end up with non-functioning products for weeks on weeks and poor service when they eventually do show up. Also even if the product is a DOA (Dead on arrival) product.
Induktionsfeld IKE86683XB - nicht für den täglichen Gebrauch
Bei diesem Induktionsfeld kann man maximal zwei Zonen voll Power nutzen. Z.b. zwei Steaks in zwei Pfannen braten. Die restl Zonen schaffen gerade mal noch eine lauwarme Sauce oder lauwarme Kartoffeln, weil sie keine Leistung bringen. Also zum richtigen Kochen für eine Familie völlig ungeeignet. Tropft Kondenswasser auf die Glasplatte, schaltet der Herd komplett aus. Das Weihnachtsmenü für mehrere Personen zu kochen - hier illusorisch. Unser Herd wird zurück gegeben, weil hier richtiges Kochen nicht möglich ist.
Für den Preis ein no go!

Köpte en tigersåg för några år sedan,tyckte den var toppenbra,men den hade ingen vidare livslängd och detta pga att batteriet skakade loss inom 2 år och som jag aldrig fick någon upprättelse med.
Kan definitivt inte rekommendera ett köp av tigersåg av märket AEG
God information på ældre vaskemaskine
Vi har en old gammel AEG vaskemaskine.
Som vi har købt brugt.
Men vi kan stadig finde reservedele og manualer etc.
på en nem og overskuelig måde på deres service sider.
Beware of this company
We had a fault with our AEG washing machine, which is within warranty, in October 2021. I telephoned AEG to report the fault and it took 45 minutes before speaking to someone. We waited 2 weeks before an engineer came. During that time we travelled 10 miles to the nearest laundrette to our home and did this journey on 8 occasions as it took 4 different engineers and 39 days to finally repair the washing machine. I telephoned AEG again and after waiting 50 minutes I spoke to a lady in consumer services about claiming compensation. I was told it would be considered if I put it in writing. I have sent numerous emails and a letter threatening legal action but have not received any reply. I would definitely be very reluctant to deal with AEG in the future if this is the standard of their after sales service
