Being the first air fryer we've ever purchased, we have no previous comparisons. Purchased on offer, this product was a brilliant buy, and we've used it almost daily now.

This is the third air fryer I have bought. Its functions are much more powerful than the previous two. The appearance is beautiful too.

Arrived damaged, they asked on 4 occasions to send a video which I did and I kept chasing them, they did knowledge that the machine was faulty after 3 weeks but would not refund or replace said they would send me a bulb to light up the compartment on the right hand side. I refused as any tampering would void their guarantee as advised by Trading Standards. I gave them 2 weeks to send a new appliance or I would proceed with a "chargeback" with my bank. Still no response until they received a chargeback from my bank, the bank paid me and chased them, they then asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would send me a new appliance, I then responded and said no cancelation of chargeback until a new appliance had been seen and checked by myself so again I am waiting for them to respond, I've got my money back regardless so I don't really care what they do, I did note on the box it was delivered in that it had been sent to someone else so guessing they had the same problem that I had and sent it back....I hope they got their money back before sending it back very dodgy company be careful.

Every thing that's been said about this company on Trustpilot is true, dismal product, dodgy China based scam, avoid.
Failed after a week, no refund, too danger to use because of lack of UK electrical compliance.

From an aesthetic standpoint, the appeal of this air fryer is very beautiful, Its beautiful appearance and color match my kitchen decor well.

SCAM! The company won't let to return the product. Taking my complaint further.
Do not give up, they must provide UK address for returns, as the bank payment shows London address.
Never buy here.

The Aerofry air fryer has earned an indispensable place in my kitchen. The grilled chicken wings it churns out are wonderfully crispy on the outside while retaining a juicy interior. Very delicious.

AeroFry's dual-zone heating design is very clever. Even if two kinds of food are cooked at the same time, they will not feel crowded or interfere with each other. This design is really thoughtful.

Thankfully the Credit Card Company has refunded the money for this damaged product; I can’t emphasize to others who seek to purchase from this company, it’s a front door scam; I believe the products are shipped damaged in the knowledge there’s no refund; leaving the customer to claim back their money via the Credit Card Company.
As with other reviews, I intend to report this company to, the National Trading Standards eCrime Team and The National Cyber Security Agency

Ook ik heb een AeroFry airfryer gekocht zonder eerst de reviews te bekijken. Direct na de bestelling een bericht gestuurd om de bestelling te annuleren. Ging niet meer omdat deze al verstuurd was. Nu doen ze moeilijk over het verstrekken van een retouradres.
Heeft hier iemand een retour adres voor mij.

Besteld zonder eerst de reviews te lezen en om die reden voorbereid op het ergste :)
Maar... na een dag of 4 kwam de aerofry binnen, keurig verpakt en supernetjes. Onze ervaring na een maand gebruiken is super positief! Een ruime airfryer die heel goed werkt! Waarom dan 4 sterren en geen 5? Omdat we natuurlijk nog niet weten hoe ie over een tijdje zal werken.

The AeroFry air fryer has a large capacity and can bake a lot of food at one time. It's enough for my 3 person family. It is also very convenient to clean, and it is clean in just one flush.

Like the other reviewers, having a nightmare with this company.
We decided to return the goods as unwanted, no other reason and this company are being totally obstructive. They will not give out their return address in China, or make a contribution to the cost.
Had I known they had no UK warehouse, I wouldn't have touched them with a bargepole. Avoid at all costs !!

j ai acheté aerofry car je suis tombée sur un site qui compare les airfryer et ce site à classé ce produit en premier devant ninja soit . celui qui a classé à démontrer les airfryers pour expliquer la différence des prix .mais tout ça c est une arnaque qui vise les consommateurs. on peut avoir mieux avec plusieurs fonctionnalité à bas prix. je regrette de l avoir acheter

Please AVOID this Chinese product. I bought online for 199,00 €, and got a faulty product on 2024-01-13. I tried to contact the company the same day for a return and get a refund, but in vain. The company came out to be a Chinese firm and they said I should sent a video proof that the airfryer is faulty, what I did. Then they asked me again for a check on the airfryer what I did and sent them pictures as evidence. On 2024-01-20, 19,90 € was paid back (out of the 199,00 € I paid for it) on my bank account. Since then, no feedback from them again although I sent them various e-mails asking for a return of the faulty product that is useless since its purchase. I am still waiting to refunded 179,10 €. Unbelievable, but true!!!

The Aerofry air fryer looks beautiful and is easy to operate. It is very convenient to use, I just need to put the ingredients in and wait for a while before eating.

I ordered an air fryer after reading a good review . It must have been a scam. I tried to cancel the order after reading trust pilot reviews, no response from company. Only an email , no address or phone number. It arrived and I want to send it back, cant as they don’t reply to emails. Complete scam and waste of £159.

Wij kochten de aerofry 6,5 ltr, op 1 Februari bestelling bevestigd. Onmiddelijk na uitpakken ging de "fry-pot" moeilijk open; nog een paar keer geprobeerd maar geen verandering of verborgen blokkeer systeempjes, ook weer terugplaatsen gaat niet makkelijk. Door ziekte een week niet gebruikt, en toch maar besloten hem retour te sturen wat binnen 14 dagen zou kunnen.
12 dagen na aankoop een retour aangevraagd maar antwoord? ho maar, een dag later; nogmaals info over retourneren gevraagd Maar helaas: vervelend voor u, maar wel zonder retouradres. (de 13e dag!) weer een email met de vraag waarheen te sturen. Antwoord:
"Sorry to hear that. Could you show us a video? We will submit it to our professional technical department to analyzes and then solves your problems better." en graag een filmpje, maar wij wilden alleen maar het apparaat retourneren, wel een filmpje via Wetransfer gestuurd naar de support van aerofry maar tot op heden geen reaktie, en dit is de laatste dag.
Tenslotte: we hebben hem niet gebruikt in afwachting van een reaktie.
