Do not buy this product. The company is dreadful. Had to get Visa involved to get a refund. Their customer service is appalling. They are scammers. Stay well away

Not a credible company, stay clear.
I ordered an Aerofry from this company, but when it arrived it was damaged. There is no phone number where you can speak to anyone. When I contacted them by email and reported the damage they told me to take photos and send them. I took photos of the damage to the packaging and the airfryer also and told them that I didn't want it. They gave me an address in China to send it even though it states on their policy that they would cover the cost of any damaged product. I challenge this and told them to send the QR code and return labels. They didn't acknowledge my request, and only offered a replacement base which I wasn't interested in. I also received another airfryer from them due to a mistake by my bank who originally declined payment on the first one. When I checked it out, I noticed that there was no manufacturers identification plate on it, no warranty card, and very little information on the working manual. Based on the damage to the first airfryer,I cancelled the order immediately before it arrived. They acknowledged this but gave me the China address, which in and of its self is very suspicious. In spite of numerous emails telling them that this product did not meet the advertised model on their website and that based on safety alone, I wouldn't use them. Again they didn't acknowledged my concerns sending the same worded email time and again. This company is not credible and very suspicious. I contacted Klarna who are the company handling the banking transaction who put a delay on payment. Later on I received an email from them telling me they were ruling against my complaint. I have contacted my bank and told them to ensure no money is paid from my account to them. Please steer well clear of this company, who are very unhelpful when it comes to taking their responsibilities seriously. Why does a product which is order in the UK have to be sent to China? Why is all emails sent in the early morning hours and signed by someone called Paddy?

Would not recommend. Purchased the item late November and I was disappointed wirh the quality so straight away I requested a return and finally after backwards and forth with emails today 30.12 they finally came back saying if I wanted to return it would have to go back to China. Which is expensive and their ploy for you to not return. How can an item that is sent in the Uk require returning to China. CON
Broken in transit, refused a return
Do not buy from these guys.
The fryer I got for Christmas was damaged in transit, so far they are refusing a replacement, instead offering to send a new part so I can mend it.
I have refused this and await further interactions.

Still refusing a refund or even giving an address for a return. Do not buy from them!
Seems okay
The machine came within a week of purchase have not had any issues with it and came nicely boxed like any other Airfryer would.
