When I contacted the firm for information they sent through additional pictures of the beautiful butterfly urn. I wanted to be sure it was a perfect choice for my wonderful friend as it is the last gift I can give her. Her husband was absolutely delighted with it and she can rest privately in her lounge unknown to others. A fitting tribute to a dear friend who was like a little butterfly in life. I was a bit nervous when ordering this item in case it wasn't what I expected but it didn't disappoint It is just what I wanted for my husbands ashes. I received e-mails letting me know the order had been received and when it was dispatched. It was very well packed and labelled so no chance of being damaged.

The quality of the urn is beautiful, it's well made and looks lovely. Very pleased with this company, kept me updated with delivery date.would definitely use this company again but hopefully not too soon.

The box it arrived in was very carefully packed and was delivered exactly 1 week from when I purchased it. I live in the US so I was surprised how fast it arrived from the UK. I ordered the heart in a shell urn for my dear mums ashes. I searched for an urn that didn’t look like an urn but more like an ornament. I am so happy that I came across Aesthetic Urns. Super fast delivery and very friendly when I rang up regarding sealing the bottom of the urn. Would highly recommend this company if looking for that special place for your loved one.
