We replied to your email and we answered your phone call and confirmed that the secondary colour is more copper than gold, exactly like in the photo. We always accept returns and if you are not happy with the urn you can send it back for a full refund.

We were ordering urn from Wallace, NC. We very much liked the urn that we saw on the website.
We were a little worried about getting it on time.
It was shipped promptly and we received it a day sooner that we expected.
The service was excellent and the urn we received looked exactly like the picture displayed on the site.
