I decided to use Affinion probate services after reading the reviews of there previous customers. I can also confirm that Affinion service is excellent and deserves its 5 star rating. Mark was my contact and was friendly, helpful and very professional throughout the time sorting out the probate. The legal team New Law legal, were also very efficient at pursuing my probate claim. They kept me informed at all times and again they were very friendly and professional. Wonderful, fast efficient service.
Thanks

Affinion Probate along with their legal associates New Law, provided a friendly and helpful service in obtainig probate for me at a difficult time. A quick phone call or e. mail provided answers to any questions i had.

My case was dealt with in weeks rather than months. All the staff was so helpful and respectful.I was informed of what was happening all the way.

Affinion were brilliant. They kept me informed every step of the way. Everything that was happening with my case, Affinion were there, explaining everything to me in detail. I Cant thank them enough, and would deffinetly recomend them to anyone. Affinion go above and beyond. Thankyou so Much.

The whole process has been clearly explained and we’ve been supported every step of the way, and queries have been promptly dealt with. I would definitely recommend Affinion.

Affinion were extremely helpful and guided me through the process with our probate case and provided honest timescales. I found them cost effective too, compared to others. I'd Highly recommend them.

Professional, helpful, explained how the process work clearly and with empathy.

Highly recommend!
I initially contacted a local solicitor for probate services but the cost was extremely high and the lead time before we could get an appointment was very long (due to the Christmas break).
I looked at online services and saw Affinion Probate.
I was a bit worried at first about using an online service but I read all the reviews and felt reassured.
I’m SO glad I went with Affinion.
Mark Stephens was very knowledgable and very reassuring about a slightly complex situation we had which gave me a great deal of confidence. The fixed price was made very clear and was never altered (and was a fraction of the price quoted by the local high street solicitor).
Affinion were able to start the probate process immediately and Lisa, at New Law (their legal partners) was equally responsive and helpful.
From my first telephone appointment with Mark to receiving the Grant of Probate certificate in my hand took 8 weeks (and this was over the Christmas period) - this was way quicker than I had expected.

Superb solicitors, probate was Granted within 7 weeks even with a few problems with my Mother’s Will, absolutely fantastic team. Thank you Affinion and a special mention to Mark Stephens

Good service and impressed with the speed and efficiency with the probate registration of my partner. Mark was always available and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Affinion.

Great experience. First call we made, we got hold of the Head of the company Mohammed Sahid which was reassuring. They are super team and we manged to trust them with my Husband's late passing and dealing with the Estate. He assured that there would be no hidden fees and we have yet to see any. All together,We are lucky to have found AFFINION at this tragic time of our lives.Thank you and have a successful future.Ameen

Great service from beginning to end and took less than 3 months. Mark is very efficient. Service light years ahead of other quotes. I read the reviews on Trustpilot and am so happy I did.

From start to finish this has been a very positive experience with communication at the forefront of everything.

I have been impressed with the speed and efficiency but also with the way that both Affinion and New Law dealt with my mother's probate application.

It has come through much quicker than expected and there were no hidden costs, plus I was always able to speak to Mark on the telephone and he would respond straight away to any queries.

It was very comforting, at such a challenging time, to feel like I was in very safe hands.

Excellent value too. Definitely money well-spent!

Mark was incredibly helpful and informative which was appreciated under the circumstances, highly recommend Affinion Probate.
