Affinion Probate Avaliações

I enlisted the service of Affirmion due ro being given the run around by a solicitor.
Initial point of contact was easy due to the website being easily navigable and staff being on hand to speak through my issue quickly.
They were informative and reassuring and the key point for me, when compared to other law firms I had spoken to, was that the whole.process had a flat rate with no hidden fees.
They were available to answer queries throughout the whole process and I felt informed for the duration.

Affinion Probate & Partners Taylor Rose provided an excellent service for the probate procedure and made a difficult and complicated time very easy. Thanks to all

Couldn't have asked for a better service from Mark and the team. Clear, helpful, straightforward, extremely reasonable and fair price. Probate granted in no time at all. Would highly recommend

I contacted Affinion to help with my late stepmums estate, they were very helpful and explained everything in great detail. The time frame from start to finish was excellent and I would definitely use them again if the occasion arises.

Mark Stephens taking a “front of house” role, was efficient, organised, and clear in explaining the path to probate. He responded quickly to any queries raised. I was not as impressed with NewLaw. They were not as responsive and I had to chase up responses to questions asked on more than one occasion. All in all though, Affinion provided a good value for money service that saved me a lot and time and effort

I had a consultation with Mark in which he provided me with a clear explanation of a complicated Inheritance Tax issue.

The team at Affinion have been absolutely brilliant! Answered any questions I had and kept us up to date. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them. Thank you so much for making it so easy!

Dealing with probate and all of its possible pitfalls is difficult enough but after the loss of a loved one it’s something that’s so hard to cope with emotionally too. Affinion and their associate Lisa at New Law Solicitors made everything that much easier to bear and at less than half the cost of a regular law firm.

From the outset Mark from Affinion was helpful friendly and efficient.
The solicitors they use are equally efficient and effective.
I have already recommended them to friends in similar circumstances.

Mark was helpful friendly and efficient, probate was granted extremely quickly. A painful process made easier by an efficient and sympathetic service provided by Affinion and their partners NewLaw.

At a difficult point in life Mark at Affinion Probate was amazing and so quick from start to finish, my probate, settles within weeks, a lot quicker than I expected. I am so pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend them. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you so much Mark.

Excellent diligence throughout probate process thanks

Mark has delivered on his promises and communicate effectively throughout. Very happy with Affinion Services and their partners.

Mark Stephens handled the probate for my late father with sensitivity and professionalism. He was always available during the process and answered any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Affinion were supportive, efficient, and communicative during a difficult period. I highly recommend them.

Very pleased with service. Easy contact throughout . Probate granted much quicker than expected. Would thoroughly recommend

We decided to go with Affinion because of the good reviews they had. We weren't disappointed. We were going to handle the process ourselves and so we gathered all the paperwork but the initial HMRC form looked like a huge mountain to climb and so we contacted Mark Stephens at Affinion and they took it from there. Mark was extremely efficient in getting the required documents off to NewLaw and our assigned solicitor, Sophie Higgins. We had to push a little with Sophie but she clearly did a good job on both the HMRC form and the probate application as we received grant of probate in just under 4 months. We had been warned that the process could take 6 to 8 months to complete and so we were delighted that ours took less than 4 months from start to finish.

Getting Affinion Probate to help me apply for a grant of probate for my late husband’s estate was the best decision I did in a stressful and difficult time. One less thing to think about. Thank you so much for your excellent service and expertise.

Affinion were excellent.
Very respectful and professional.
On the admin, they explained everything clearly so I could fully understand what was happening.

Affinion Probate recently dealt with our father's case. They were professional and from the first phone call. Mark explained the process and what to expect next. We were kept up to date about the progress. We would definiteley recommend.
