Affinion Probate Avaliações

Mark talked me through the whole process on initial enquiry and helped make a stressful time after the death of my dear dad, easier to cope with where probate was concerned. I was kept informed throughout and am impressed with the timescale from enquiry to issuing of the Grant which was much quicker than expected. Thank you

Mark was excellent as was Emily at New Law Solicitors. Everything explained clearly and a really fast, clean process at a difficult time.

Using Affinion was such and efficient service. Instructions were clear and replies to queries were quickly answered. They use NewLaw Legal (probate services) who were also very efficient.

Just what one needs at a difficult time. Thoroughly recommend.

I contacted Mark of Affinion Probate after being mucked around by another Probate company who mislead significantly how much I would pay. After my initial telephone conversation Mark assured me the figure quoted would be the figure paid, which was true. Significantly less too. Because Inheritance Tax was due, I found the forms too complex and the Legal Department took all that stress away. Any issues Mark was on the case, I can’t thank him enough.

My husband died suddenly a while ago and didn’t leave a Will I called Affinion and spoke to Mark He explained the whole process He was kind and his information was clear and understandable. The whole process was easy and they immediately gave me peace of mind as I was confused about it all Probate was granted in 6 weeks!! When I was expecting it to take much longer. I would highly recommend them

The service was completed very quickly. All my questions were answered on time. Good communication all was around

Reliable and efficient service from Affinion.

I wholeheartedly recommend Affinion for their probate services. Mark was incredibly kind and made a horrible process so much easier. They didn’t complicate matters and quickly let me know what details would be needed. They arranged property valuations and arranged a great solicitor (Sophie at New Law) who took me through the process and informed me of what was needed to compile my dad’s estate summary for the submission to the court. Sophie patiently waited for me to review and double check the draft and ensure papers were correctly signed. The court issued probate was surprisingly quick.

I will definitely use (and recommend) their services again in the future.

Thank you Mark and Sophie

Jeanette (and mum)

I found Mark and his team to be extremely efficient and professional. I felt it was being dealt with and I could let go. I would recommend Affinion to anyone especially if you want a good speedy service. Thank you!

Very good service, quick and easy, very affordable.

It can be a completely overwhelming time but Mark and the team were approachable and helpful with all our questions being promptly responded to. The application was granted in roughly 4 weeks which we are grateful for.
We are very happy to recommend Affinion Probate.

Can't recommend Mark and the team highly enough. Everything was made clear in their communications and dealt with in a timely manner.

Probate was received super quickly in about 3 months which is much less than the 12 months quoted by a number of solicitors and at a fraction of the price.

Navigating Probate for the first time is overwhelming and confusing and Affinion made is easy. Contact and advice was on point which made the process clear and simple for us. Thank you

I would highly recommend Affinion Probate and NewLaw Associates in dealing with Probate, they made the whole process very straightforward and explained everything along the way, which is important during such a difficult time. Transparent, cost effective, efficient and without issues or problems.

At a very distressing and confusing time for me, Affinion Probate helped me navigate through Probate. Everything was laid out in clear layman's terms. The partners they work with New Law Legal flew into action and dealt with the Inheritance tax, probate and Deeds that I needed too. All parties were clear and concise and supportive. Also it was a fraction of the price I was quoted by other solicitors. Hugely grateful.

Thank you so much Affinion Probate and New Law Legal! From the very first call to the recent completion of my late father’s probate process both Mark and Emily and the team have been understanding, helpful, clear and professional. The process has been smooth and precise with correspondence at a timely manner. I have felt supported and heard at a difficult period of grieving and all my questions answered with reassurance. Affinion Probate was the first company to appear on my Google search and the first one I approached! Rightfully so as I would highly recommend the wonderful team to anyone who requires professional legal services at a difficult time! Thank you Mark and Emily!
