Lovely sofa, delivery driver rang day before. Was given a text message with tracker. Delivery men unpacked sofa put it together, asked which way I would like the sections put together and placed it into position. They showed me how to use the electrical functions and ensured it worked before leaving. Highly recommended

Amazing service so friendly and helpful I got my sofa in 2 weeks as promised and the delivery lads were amazing thank you so much I’m really pleased

Delivery was perfect!! Guys that delivered & installed my new suite was polite & so helpful. They had asked me where I wanted my sofa positioned with no trouble at all. Removed all packaging I was honestly so happy & satisfied

Ordered a sofa and armchair in October, site stated delivery within 2-3 weeks. Delivery was then arranged for in 5 weeks time so slightly longer but it was upfront and fair. The day before that date I was called to say it wasn’t coming (I had literally just got rid of my sofa set ready for the new one the next day!) explained it’s really short notice and I now have no furniture and was told you’ll have delivery in December (another 3 weeks away) and we will see what we can do to compensate and bring the date forward. There was no further updates given and everytime I chased it was just vague, will get back to you/we might be able to come a week earlier etc but never an answer. When I cancelled I received multiple texts telling me my sofa from another company wouldn’t be as good as them etc and they were insinuating I was unhappy because i couldn’t have my order earlier?! No I was unhappy after multiple delays, hitting the 8 week mark and constant chasing my order with it being taken off delivery with less that 24 hours notice so I cleared furniture out and was left with nothing. I explained I have to cancel as I can’t risk any more issues after all this and the company were argumentative and rude.

Where do I start, let’s say Shocking if not worse,
Our 1st delivery well we was given the wrong sofa’s and was just dumped in our room and not unpacked, the delivery guys didn’t want to deliver our sofa that evening as they was running late, and was very rude!
Go in to the shop the next morning to sort this out we then had to wait 2-3 weeks for the sofas we actually ordered, the correct ones this time and these delivery guys were much better but still a little rude and spoke in there own language in our home,
Within days we noticed the seating start to sag to that we had to buy extra foam to stop this from happening further at our expense, 2 months later one of our sofas broke that is rarely sat on this was replaced thank you, tho I don’t hold much hope that it will last with the same quality and thin wood though out the build, the delivery guys were very rude to my lady as I wasn’t here and told her that they are not taking the broken sofa away with them they also damaged one of our internal doors that they just said shit happens and walked out leaving a damaged door and wallpaper
Customer Service is shocking never get back to you when they say they will so we have to call up again
Personally if you want to compete with the big boys your customer service support should be 100% and your delivery personnel and your sofa manufacturer should be looked at
I will never buy a sofa again from you!

Absolutey stunning suite the delivery drivers were very helpful and pleasant put my new sofa exactly where I wanted it and set it all up I'm over the moon with the quality plus stevie is so pleasant and helpful on the phone

Drivers came in and set up my new sofa, impeccable customer service from start to finish. Cannot wait to spend my nights relaxing on this incredibly soft and high quality sofa! Highly recommend this business to anyone looking to upgrade their current sofa.

You get what you pay for! Do not trust or buy from this company.

We contacted them straight away when we realised there was a defect in the sofa. The two cushions to the front should have been separate but were stitched together half way up causing the cushions to sag and open up. They said it was the sofa we saw and bought. Best they could do was get us to pay £150 for pick up and then they would refund the cost of the sofa. We declined because we felt the company are not trustworthy and was not prepared to waste any more money. You can't speak to anyone in person though they give a number, which just rings out! Only online contact it seems.

The delivery was on time and took care of getting the sofa into the living room well worth the money so comfy and looks amazing not to big just the right size for the living room

Recently had my sofa delivered from Affordable Sofas. I was blown away by the speed of the delivery and the quality of the sofa. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant shopping experience from order to delivery. Two hour time slot for delivery, quick assembly. Brilliant staff.

4 star rating as communication wasn't to good after the order but apart from that all is well very happy with delivery and my sofa.

I ordered and was pleased to say I did not wait long at all for delivery .the 2 men what delivered were extremely professional and chatty and were quick but the sofas were I wanted them my only criticism was I had to remove all the packaging and had no were to put it as there was alot but thank you iam pleased x
