Have to say a really excellent service by Jamie and the team in Agnews Mallusk . Our car had 2 issues , a leak from the gear box and a handbrake button module not working . All the work was covered under the warranty and completed to high standard . Had the car in twice and they washed and gave the inside a clean on both occasions . Did not cost a penny due to the warranty and gives peace of mind if ever buying another car from Agnes Mallusk.
William Boyd
William (Boyd) gave my wife and I outstanding service from start to finish! He was friendly, very knowledgeable and, importantly, never pushy. William (and Sasha on finance) made the whole process, stress free, and answered every question clearly and helped to source the perfect Q3 Black edition for me at a great price.Highly recommended!

Paint falling off car my Mercedes
Paint falling off car after 9 years and paying £500 for paint protection when the car was 2. David in service won’t return my emails. He informed me all Mercedes paint is only covered on the metal parts. Bumpers, spoilers and door handles, mirror’s etc are not covered under their warranty. Clearly product is not fit for purpose. Do yourself a favour and avoid this inferior product and this unprofessional, cowardly, ripoff dealership. Very disappointed with how this was dealt with.

Car purchased very poor quality
Bought a car advertised as VW Used Approved. Sales staff arrogant and defensive when questioned on obvious matter such as timing belt and gearbox. 2 salesmen pushed vehicle as 'the best looked after car on their forecourt'. Car clearly had not been inspected nor had any recent maintenance work done to it. Asked for a copy of the multipoint check (having been advused by VW Uk that they should provide) and was refused. Car returned for a refund due to a list of issues. Very disappointing experience from a main dealer. Interesting to note the same white VW Golf estate now for resale at a higher price.
My advice to Agnews - be honest in your preparation and sale of vehicles.
My advice to customers - approach Agnews with caution and don't fall for their sleazy tactics.

Too class service from begining to end …
From begining to end the customer service with Audi Titanic Quarter is amazing. The staff are friendly helpful, nothing is a problem. I feel it should be mentioned that the mechanics behind the scenes should be thanked, as you don't see them ...so thank you, great job on the services and Louise dealt with my service needs and explained the whole process. 💐 five star thank you *****

Outstanding experience with Mini…
Outstanding experience with Mini Bavarian Belfast. From start to finish the service was professional, helpful and genuinely customer focused.
Arron, Gary and Shane were excellent. They went out of their way to make everything easy, explained everything clearly and provided exceptional customer service, making sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Their knowledge and dedication really stood out.
I also really appreciated the loan cars whenever they were needed. I was never left stuck, which made a huge difference and showed the level of care they have for their customers.
I honestly can’t praise the team enough. I absolutely love my new car and the whole experience has been fantastic. Thank you again to everyone involved.

Fantastic experience
I had a brilliant experience dealing with the BMW sales manager Robbie. He was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Communication was great , he always kept me updated and nothing was ever too much trouble. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. What made the difference compared to other sales experiences?
Their understated professionalism and completely no-pressure approach. They took the time to answer every question, offered honest advice, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

We don’t want your business in future, so don’t care whether you’re a satisfied customer!
I’m not in the least impressed with Agnews (VW Commercial) having taken 2 months to return my VW Grand California and refusing to return the vehicle in the same clean state handed over.
With one month of usage lost, despite this being the second time Agnews undertook to complete repairs to my vehicle, I was told ‘Agnews are not equipped to deal with Grand Californias’ and the repair was to be effected elsewhere. On collecting the vehicle after 2 months, I was told I should ‘take it elsewhere in future’!
I was further told Agnews weren’t responsible for the dirty/stained/grubby state in which the van was returned (that ‘there were 2 dealerships working on the van’, ‘the van was in this state when dropped off’, they’d ‘cleaned where they dirtied’, ‘our workmen wouldn’t have been in that part of the van’...) Attempting to close the argument and get rid of me, I was told at least 3 or 4 times, by their General Manager, that my van was ‘repaired and fit to drive away’!
The overriding message that I’ve taken away was … we don’t want your business in future, so don’t care whether you’re a satisfied customer!
To make matters worse, taking the vehicle away it has been noted that the door pillar trim has been fitted incorrectly on both sides of the vehicle resulting in the seatbelts not adjusting as designed. Despite repeated calls and emails, Agnews have yet to make contact to make arrangements to rectify this issue; ordinarily recorded as a MOT MAJOR defect.
*** UPDATE ***
The Agnews Senior Management response received:
‘We are satisfied that the work carried out on your vehicle was completed correctly and to the appropriate standard.
As it is clear that we are unable to meet your expectations, we recommend that you refer the matter to an authorised California dealer for any further assessment or assistance.

‘Marc,
You undertook to provide a service for which VW will be reimbursing you under the vehicle warranty. However, you have failed to carry out that work correctly (the seatbelt system is not working as designed or as it was working when the vehicle was dropped off with your dealership) and I expect rectification. For the avoidance of your confusion, this work is not California specific with the fitment no different to a VW Crafter or Transporter.
The responsibility for rectification is yours (your dealership’s) not anyone else’s. Time to set aside excuses, step up and do the work you’ve been paid for.
I’ll make further contact tomorrow if I haven’t received a positive response in the interim.

Made a phone call on Thursday to Agnew…
Made a phone call on Thursday to Agnew Belfast on. 12 Feb 2026 at 10 19am spoke to Amy who was to come back to me that day with the cost to carry out works. No return call back that day or the following day Friday 13 Feb . I made Eight number phone calls on Friday 13 at time starting 15. 46 each call rang so long with no answer to the attempted calls that disconnected. I phoned a much smaller repair shop ang got answered within seconds and was able to book my car in for the service works on Wed 18 Feb. If I could give zero to Agnew Mercedes I would , however I reluctantly gave 1 star . Totally disappointed with customer care at Agnew Belfast . Posted by S. Montgomery.

Top Quality Service
I honestly can’t say enough about Agnew and James who handled our sale. I needed to change car the same day, and James really went above and beyond to make it happen. I don’t remember ANY dealer trying to add value to a trade in, or filling the new car with fuel and covering road tax. A full years warranty is also not something I’ve ever received before. A truly customer focused, friendly, helpful and professional service from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

Up your game
Was given a book in time of 11am for first service ... oil change and inspection . There was an intermitent issue with climate control to be addressed and documented at the time of booking. Car was not taken to workshop until well after noon. 4 and a half hours later still no car ! Approached staff to be told that issue with the climate control could not be solved and a part needed to be ordered. 2/3 working days . Staff member stated that car would be presentable in 10 minutes.... but I would have to return in a few days to have new part installed. Not acceptable at all . 1 hour drive form home 2 hours return journey ... wasted .Apologies to the young lady who served coffee ... she was great ...However other than that not 1 other person approached me in the 4 + hours I was waiting to enquire on my well being.
VW need to up their game and not rely on sales figures rather to focus on present customer service .

Boucher is more friendly “inside” I’m going with BMW with warranty up with the VW
Was on the phone to Skoda and I explained lane assist wasn’t working etc. I says might need a software update and before I could breathe she says that’s extra I says ok. So I booked in for 13-01-26 and I told the woman on the phone I just wanted to see what the fault was pay £120 so I could decide what to do next to fix the lane assist as there is only 20,000 miles on car and not working anyways I took time out of my day to drive up to the Agnew Skoda Mallusk 2 Mallusk Way Newtownabbey County Antrim BT36 4AA 028 9034 1077. I went in and awful customer services you could see they were not friendly no people skills. Never ever offered me a cup of tea or a glass of water. The blonde hair woman at the desk didn’t wanna be working there! Anyway I sat down only to be approached by a man and he says I had to leave the car all day I says the woman told me it was just to get diagnosed as I wasn’t sure what the fault was on this Skoda. My car they had to put 3 steering wheels on through warranty to fix this same problem. I told them I drove over 40 miles I wasn’t told to leave the car of as it’s only a computer diagnostic and I was booked in so it would only take 10 minutes he says there was 3 cars booked before me but I was booked in 10.15 it only takes a few minutes to scan any car . Anyway the bald man says I would have to sit 3 hours and I says are you wise I drove up here took time out of my day this is a disgrace! So I left and the woman rang me when I was driving home she tried to say it takes 3 hours for a computer diagnostic I says you never says I had to leave car of and come back I live in the countryside. She then booked me in and said it was £150? Up £30 pounds ? Anyways seems all ok when you go to the Agnew Skoda Belfast 1 Boucher Road Belfast BT12 6HR 028 9081 8018 they are more friendly offer you a cup of tea or a glass of water etc seems to be they are all happy getting the warranty jobs as they bill Volkswagen and get well paid they private work your treated very poorly. They should stand over the electrical stuff in all there cars like bmw in Belfast give my fathers car free software update from 2020 to the newer version of bmw apple etc they stand over second hand by the looks of things. Anyways I’ll see what the vibes are when I’m next up for a service on my Volkswagen. The Skoda car I’m very disappointed in them and they must make prices up from £120 to £150 and don’t say sorry for wasting my time and day. Patrick Russell
