Touring the Emerald Isle with the Traveling Aggies
The whole trip was excellent. The tour guide and bus driver were a great tag team , keeping us well informed on all facets of the trip. The hotels were 5 star with beautiful rooms and views. The staff was very helpful, the food was exquisite, the bars were entertaining. A good place to wind down from a long day of site seeing. This was one of the best trips I have taken.

Mimmo
The Travel Director, Mimmo, made our tour great! We also loved that all the details were taken care of: the buses, boats, tickets, local meals, receptions,etc The hotel was excellent, transportation very nice and prompt. All we had to do was enjoy our wonderful time in Italy!!

I loved how well-organized the trip…
I loved how well-organized the trip was. In order for things to run smoothly, I know a lot of planning and expertise by our guide Mimmo (Amalfi Coast) was necessary. Loved all the lectures and the local guides as well. We all learned so much! Also our bus driver, Mario, was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and positive. And the Hotel Raito was fabulous! The folks back in the office here in the U.S. were also excellent.

Cristina was the best! Location we stayed in was beautiful. The hotel's food was okay, could have been better, but overall did not impede on the experience.

The trip itself was fine
The trip itself was fine. Our tour leader was amazing as were most of the local guides. Most of us felt that the itinerary was a bit too ambitious with too little time spent in Assisi, for example. The unacceptable part of my AHI experience was with the travel coordinator. We had trouble booking our flights through her. Very disappointing and caused me and my travel companion unnecessary stress.

Ireland - expect to have fun singing in the rain!
Allen Horan, our tour director deserves a bonus ! We had a fellow traveler that fell and he immediately took care of her and assured us she was being watched. She was not satisfied with her medical care and she was taken care of in the next city on our tour.
All hotels were fabulous except the last one in Dublin where the concierge was not the greatest and hotel room was not ready upon arrival.
Bus transportation was excellent and driver did very well.
Pub food was good. Loved Ireland, and group was friendly and fun.

The Trip Leader was terrific; the back office was terrible.
First, the positive. The AHI trip leader, Tamara Zucco, is one of the very best I have ever encountered. She is spectacular. But the back office of AHI is a disaster. The program person for AHI, Telisha Taylor, was generally non-responsive. Her persistent voice mail message was "I have been on vacation for 4 weeks so it may take me some time to get back to you." when she did respond she was curt to the point of rudeness. Several people on out trip said they would not travel again with AHI because they were so dissatisfied with Telisha.

Basilicas, Cathedrals, and Churches Galore
The trip leader and individual city guides were all excellent.
There was free time for exploration in Perugia, but NOT in any of the other cities visited. We were kept on a strict time schedule, with no options.
The countryside was beautiful, and the churches were amazing. We had no time to appreciate other aspects of the Hill Towns other than what we saw trailing along behind the guides, like school children.
As adults, we could have been given a time and location to meet at the bus, and allowed a couple of hours to check out the enticing alleys, and help support the local economy.

The trip to Ottawa, Montreal, & Quebec City
The trip to Ottawa, Montreal, and Quebec City provided a good introduction to this part of Canada. I appreciated learning about the history, culture, and food of the area. The Canadian people were very welcoming. I enjoyed meeting some of them. The talk we had in Ottawa was especially helpful. Melissa was an excellent tour director. She was fun to be with and kept the tour well organized and on schedule.

The tour was thoughtfully planned and the small group size made for a better experience. Our travel director, Melissa Stewart, was excellent! I liked that the selected hotels were centrally located to the cities we visited.
Air arrangements made by AHI worked well.
Hotel provisions didn't always match the information we were given ahead of time.

Trip of a lifetime to Croatia. The entire trip was well organized and…
The entire trip was well organized and planned. The itinerary was excellent as were our local guides in the various ports and locations.
The ship was great as was the crew.
And the food was also excellent. How they did that in that small kitchen I will always wonder.
We had a wonderful Travel Director . She was attentive to every passenger and detail. I believe the trip was so wonderful due to her personality and personal interest and planning.
I hope that at some trip in the future I would have that Travel Director again.

Well planned cruise led to a rich, memorable trip.
We were communicated with continuously about the trip from the day we signed up. The brochure waa informative and was useful in making a cabin decision and preparing for shore excursions. We were led through flights, transfers, and lodging before arrival. Our travel guide was always available to educate us and address concerns and questions.

AHI Excellence
The AHI trip to Prague was amazing. The Guide's knowledge was first rate. In addition, the itinerary was interesting and excellent.
We packed a lot in, but it was not overwhelming and not physically taxing. We had just the right amount of free time to explore on our own.
The FlexAir option is highly recommended. Before the trip the staff was very helpful. I'd go again.
