There is something wrong with this company. I ordered two WiFi receivers and never received them. They don't have a contact address or way of asking them to research the order. There isn't any customer service page or message window to ask for help. When I click on customer contact I get another page with the same instructions to go to Ahlwo.com. It looks like this is a sham. Don't buy any thing you won't receive it.

This company is a scam. I orderd a solar sign for our patio almost a month ago and nothing. I sent 2 emails requesting shipping info/update and got no response. Hopefully AMEX will investigate and refund my money. Lesson learned don't buy on Facebook or TikTok, stick with the major outlets we all know.

I never received my merchandise. Tracking package said it was delivered but I never received it. Trying to contact this seller is impossible! I ordered rosary bracelets for my altar officers as a gift. Terrible experience with this company never order again

I had order three things from this company and have not received any of them and I don’t understand how this happen and I am not going to order from them until they send the other for free to get it or refund my money back!

Beware this seller will ROB you, he will post you a £5 cheap chess set, then apologise for the mistake. He will then inform you can keep that cheap rubbish and offer to refund you of £30. He does not have the ones he is advertising as they would cost over £500. So he has ROBBED you. DANGER DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FRAUDSTER

Why facebook is allowing this advert to be posted, even when I have reported it to them,I will never know. I have also reported this to British Trading Standards!
