Kyle came to fit our wetroom, he arrived promptly every morning, he was polite, very professional and efficient and he finished our wetroom to a very high standard indeed. Kyle went the extra mile to make sure we were delighted with our wetroom. Many thanks also to the other fitters involved, all very efficient, professional and highly recommended.

Couldn't be more pleased. The job was carried out with minimum upset and finished to a very high standard. The young man, Dan Casey, who carried out the work was very professional and charming and a pleasure to have on the premises. He left the site spotlessly clean and removed all waste.

Our experience with Living Well Bathrooms was excellent. They have just installed a wet room for us. The initial survey was carried out by Paul, who spent time establishing exactly what we needed and provided solutions to problems we hadn’t even considered.

Our fitter Warren was professional, friendly and highly skilled. His work and attention to detail was excellent. The wet room looks amazing.

Excellent customer service. Our fitter Dean was fantastic. He did a great job and made sure we were happy with everything throughout the process.

We had a walk in bath fitted on the 8-9 of October. The survey was carried out by Alan Jones who did a good job and kept us informed at all times. The actual person who fitted the bath was Kyle Scully, he carried out the work with out a lot fuss and left no mess he was polite to myself and my wife. I would like to thank him for the good job he made.

Installation of a smart toilet

Initial assessment was carried out by Craig . He spent well over 1 hour and was exceptionally knowledgeable , about both the products and the possible methods to install . We were given a price at the end of the session which we considered to be fair.

Fitting was done by Wayne . He was extremely careful to ensure we were happy with the processes and took the time to keep the working area free from dust and dirt .
At all times, he tried to avoid any mess in the house, clearing up as he went.

The completed job was unbelievably good , merging beautifully into the existing tiles . He spent time with my husband to assess the best position for the two grab rails which were installed.

The company kept us informed regarding the installation date. The overall processes were clearly explained. The phone was always answered promptly.

We have no hesitation in recommending this company .

My elderly mum and step dad have just had their en-suite changed to be more accessible for them.
Wayne Hallam was the installer and we were extremely impressed in the quality of his work and how tidy he left the area every night and at the end of the job too.

My experience with AHM was excellent. From the initial survey, when I was given suggestions and help over the design and needs of the new shower room, to the finish, everything went smoothly.
The finished room is better than I could hope for.
Mike the fitter was so organised, leaving everywhere clean and tidy at the end of each day.

The job to put a wetroom in for my mum and adapt her bathroom to make it easy and safe for her was done exactly as requested, on time, to a good standard, and with very good service by Wayne.

What a great service they provided. My 93 year old mother-in-law needed her bath with shower over removed and a walk in shower fitted as a replacement. Craig Palmer did the survey and explained everything so clearly and provided an excellent plan of the work to be done. Dan Casey the fitter was so helpful and did a first class and professional job. The end result looks amazing. He showed a great deal of respect and really helped my mother-in-law understand the work involved. I would highly recommend this company and Dan Casey the fitter.

From start to finish, this project was amazing. My dad’s mobility getting in and out of the bath was becoming difficult, so my parents needed an upgrade — something hassle-free and quick for them.
I visited the new Living Well Bathrooms showroom in Bagshot and discussed what we needed with Pam, who kindly arranged a home visit from one of their designers, Craig. He designed two options — a bath and a walk-in shower — and we went with the walk-in shower, along with new tiles and flooring.
The whole process was well organised from start to finish. The fitters, Jontan and Jo, were lovely and made my mum and dad feel completely at ease. They were punctual, extremely tidy, and professional throughout — which matters so much when you’re working with older customers.
Craig’s product choices were spot on, the rubbish was cleared within days of finishing, and the communication between Craig, the fitters, and the company was excellent throughout.
I’d recommend Living Well Bathrooms Bagshot to anyone needing a bathroom upgrade. From the showroom to the finished project, I’m delighted — and so are my parents.

Richard is a very pleasant and hard working young man. He worked clean, tidy and professional, he kept us informed with any problems which he overcame. We are happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

This review is primarily about the fitting of our bathroom.

The fitter who came (Dan Casey) did the most amazing job. He kept us updated at all times during the fitting and sought our opinion when necessary. And despite one or two setbacks which were none of his doing (I.e. misinformation) provided the most efficient of services.

Despite having to work in horrendous weather conditions of up to 34°, his work ethic was phenomenal. He was polite to all times. Made sure to impact on the rest of the house as little as possible.

Despite the limited space he had to work in, he kept the mess to a minimum.

Every day before he left, he tidied away, ensuring as little disruption to us overnight.

We would have no hesitation in recommending this fitter.

What a difference Living Well Bathrooms has made to our lives. We had our bath removed & a new walk in shower in its place. The job took just 3 days.From the onset everyone involved was really efficient & explained everything to us. A special mention must go to Warren our bathroom fitter who was pleasant & excellent at his job. We highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of using them.
