Superb workmanship !

I have just had a shower and non slip flooring installed by ea mobility. The whole experience was brilliant from first to last. The adviser, Michael, listened to what I needed but didn't try to pressure me to choose a more expensive option or to buy at all. He just took measurements and e-mailed me quotes. The work started on Monday 20 April when the fitter, Warren Jones arrived promptly at 8 am. The workmanship is superb and I would wholeheartedly recommend ea mobility to anyone.

Sub-standard walk-in Shower Installation

The customer service I received from EA Mobility regarding the installation of a walk-in-shower in August 2025 was very unsatisfactory.

I was told that the installation would take 3 days so I booked into a hotel. I came home after that time and found the job had not been completed because the wrong glass panel had been delivered. I had to wait for the correct one to be delivered and installed before I could use the shower. The installation actually took 8 days! On the same day the job was completed, I received a phone call from a woman at EA Mobility demanding that I make the final payment, which I did. I was surprised as I expected EA Mobility to carry out an inspection to make sure the installation was done properly, before taking final payment. It was not long before I started having issues. The rubber at the bottom of the shower door was too short and the side panel had not been installed securely and kept moving out of place. As a result, water kept leaking out of the side when in use. I contacted EA Mobility in early December 2025 to report the issues and Jon, the installation manager, came to investigate. He confirmed that the rubber was too short and a new one needed to be ordered, but did not address the panel. While Jon was inspecting the shower, he said I could no longer use it and that a Triton engineer would need to be booked to fix it. He did not say what was wrong. I went 19 days over Christmas 2025 without being able to take a shower. When the Triton engineer arrived in the new year, he discovered the water temperature gauge had been installed incorrectly. The blue and brown wiring were installed the wrong way around which he said was potentially dangerous. The engineer corrected this serious blunder. Before he fixed it, I took a photo to send as evidence to EA Mobility which I did, but there was still the issue with the side panel. The next issue I had was the inside shower door handle came loose, due to the door not locking properly when showering. At this point, I called my nephew, who has experience with installation work and asked him to take a look. He confirmed the installation was substandard. Jon came again to inspect the faulty door handle and my nephew was also there to support me. He discussed all the faults with Jon, who agreed that the shower needed to be reinstalled. I am convinced that if my nephew had not been present this would not have happened. Although I was given a date over the telephone for the reinstallation, I did not receive any written confirmation. I called the day before the work was due to be carried out to check it was still going ahead and to request written confirmation. A report was sent to me outlining the work to be done. The reinstallation took 2 full days to complete and I could not shower during that time. I found this further disruption stressful. I am very disappointed that I have never received an official letter from EA Mobility apologising for the substandard installation or even acknowledging responsibility. As a vulnerable pensioner with severe mobility issues, the installation of a walk-in shower was supposed to make my life easier, but the whole experience has been very stressful. I am not impressed with the inadequate customer service I received from EA Mobility and I would not have used their services if I knew things would be so poorly handled.

We fully recognise how frustrating the delays to your installation must have been, especially given the inconvenience of arranging alternative accommodation. The issue with the incorrect glass panel and the extended installation time clearly fell short of the expectations we set, and we understand how disruptive this was.

We’re also concerned to hear about the faults you experienced following completion. While we appreciate you bringing these to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to investigate, it’s clear that the process of resolving them took longer than it should have. We sincerely regret the period during which you were unable to use your shower, particularly over the Christmas period, and the stress this caused.

Regarding the technical issues you’ve raised, including the concerns identified by the engineer, we take matters of safety and installation quality extremely seriously. Please be assured that this was escalated internally and reviewed with our installation team to ensure appropriate standards are consistently met.

We’re pleased that all issues have now been fully resolved following the reinstallation, and that the shower is now functioning as intended. However, we recognise that the additional disruption and lack of clear communication added to your frustration. We also apologise that you did not receive a formal written apology.

Your feedback is important to us and has been shared with senior management as part of our ongoing efforts to improve both our service delivery and communication with customers.

Wet room shower enclosure

Had my new bathroom fitted over the last week, arrived very promptly and worked very hard and kept the noise and mess to a minimum. Patrick kept me informed as he was progressing and he was polite and friendly through out.

Very Satisfied customer

Damien, our fitter, was amazing from start to finish. He was very patient and caring to my very elderly father, who has mobility issues and ensured the walk in bath and grab handles were exactly as Dad wanted.taking the time with him to include him in important descions.
The end product is exceptionally well installed, looks good and provides safe and comfortable bathing.

Pleased with our new shower

Kiran the Fitter was very pleasant and helpful and did a good job. He left everything clean and tidy.

Very satisfied with our new shower room…

Very satisfied with our new shower room installation. The project taken by EA mobility was seamless from start to finish. Accomplished in a short period of time with very minimal disruption. Excellent finish to very high standards. I honestly recommend EA mobility to others for their high standards. An extremely professional installer Ivan.

Excellent Service

Excellent service from this Company they were very professional from start to finish.
The finished product (a walk in shower)is excellent this is largely due to AURIS the fitter who was very prompt courteous and worked in a clean and tidy manner.

E A Mobility are an excellent company to deal with from booking the first appointment to completion of the wet room. Auris our fitter was extremely hard working, talented and a pleasure to have in our house. Having struggled for a year to find a company that would fit a wet room in spite of the concrete floor and underfloor heating, we now have a stylish and functional wet room enabling us to stay in our current property.

E A mobility were excellent- everything as promised. The work was completed in 3 weeks, as promised, with minimal disruption and mess. Everything was left tidy afterwards. All the people involved were excellent, especially Darren who did most of the work. We had an outside wall built and a partition wall to create the wet room. The wet room looks good and works well.

The team at EA are pleasant and very helpful. We had a new wet room floor fitted from quotation, survey and fitting all very good. The actual fitter Adam was excellent nothing was a problem and the finish is fantastic

The planning and project managing was shocking

It went wrong from start to finish. The fitter Ryan discovered a slow leak which had been going on for years. Bare in mind the I hadn’t long got the keys to my new property when he investigated it turns out the room was absolutely soaked through including floorboards. I had to move out of the property for nearly 2 weeks to the worst airb+b in the world.Ryan was waiting for deliveries before he could end up finishing the jobs which should have been done way sooner. they took Ryan off the job onto another before he had even finished. He was the one who kept me sane. As it was traumatising. Another fitter Paul came to finish the jobs and done a good job. However two weeks later and they need to send yet another new fitter to fix a toilet which has stopped flushing and put a top on the shower screen. Iv got a brain injury and need consistency which I have not had at all on this wetroom The full job has been very poorly managed from start to finish and has taken more than a month now and it still isn’t finished. I would not recommend to anyone. The full thing has traumatised me.

We are truly sorry to read how distressing this experience has been for you. Moving into a new property and then discovering a long-standing leak, especially so soon after receiving your keys, must have been incredibly overwhelming.

To clarify, the leak identified was pre-existing and had been developing over a number of years prior to our involvement. It was not caused by our company or our installation work. However, once it was uncovered, we could not proceed with the Wetroom installation until the underlying issue and the extensive water damage were properly addressed. Although this significantly delayed the project, we went above and beyond to help rectify the problem and ensure the area was safe, dry, and structurally sound before continuing.

The decision for you to move into alternative accommodation while the leak was rectified was made following professional advice to ensure your wellbeing while the property was made safe. We fully appreciate how disruptive that period must have been, particularly as we were aware that consistency and stability were especially important in your circumstances. We are genuinely sorry for the added stress this situation caused.

We appreciate your kind comments about Ryan and Paul and will make sure these are passed on. That said, we do acknowledge that the change of fitters and the wait for certain deliveries created frustration and a sense of inconsistency. While some delays were unavoidable due to the remedial works and material lead times, we understand that the overall experience felt prolonged and difficult from your perspective, and for that we sincerely apologise.

With regard to the toilet flush and shower screen trim, these matters are being treated as a priority. While minor adjustments can occasionally arise after installation, they should be resolved promptly and with minimal inconvenience.

We take your feedback seriously and remain committed to resolving the outstanding items as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Such a nice easy process

Such a nice easy process, everything is streamlined and the customer service is great. We were very impressed with the gentleman who carried out the work, Chris, he was polite and so easy to deal with and left everything looking great.
Highly recommended.
