AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS A SCAM!! they take a small payment off you then randomly start taking more money out of your account I paid £1.50 then they took another £29.95 then another £39.95 if you contact them they say you’ve signed up to some so called subscription. They also take money off you from two different places!

Ich habe ursprünglich auf Persolabs.org lediglich einen einmaligen Persönlichkeitstest gegen eine kleine Gebühr erworben. Mir war dabei nicht bewusst, dass dadurch zusätzlich ein separates kostenpflichtiges Abonnement bei AI.PERSOLABS.ORG aktiviert wurde.

Die zusätzliche Belastung war für mich weder beim Kauf noch im Bestellvorgang klar und transparent ersichtlich. Erst durch die Belastung auf meinem Konto wurde ich darauf aufmerksam.

Besonders problematisch finde ich, dass es sich offenbar um ein separates Angebot bzw. Abonnement unter einer anderen Domain handelt. Auch andere Kunden berichten aktuell von sehr ähnlichen Erfahrungen mit unerwarteten zusätzlichen Abbuchungen.

Ich habe die Belastung reklamiert und erwarte die vollständige Rückerstattung des zu Unrecht bzw. ohne meine bewusste Zustimmung belasteten Betrags sowie die definitive Beendigung sämtlicher mit meiner E-Mail-Adresse und Zahlungsmethode verbundenen Abonnements.

Ich empfehle anderen Personen, nach einem Kauf bei Persolabs ihre Konto- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen sehr genau zu kontrollieren.

Als je een test doet bij Persolabs en de betaling doet, zit je aan een duur abonnement vast á 49,95 per maand én je krijgt een week later ineens ook een abonnement op AI Persolabs, terwijl je je daar niet voor hebt ingeschreven. Dikke oplichters, deze lui! E-commerce, je hebt zelf geaccordeerd door akkoord te gaan met hele vage voorwaarden die totaal niet zichtbaar zijn voor jou als onwetende klant, dus je bank gaat je niet helpen! Wees dus alert en GA NIET IN ZEE MET PERSOLABS!!!
Te laat? Abonnement opzeggen, klantenservice vragen om dit te bevestigen (dan heb je het zwart op wit staan), dossier opbouwen (houd alles bij). Doordat je zelf de kleine vergoeding hebt betaald voor die stomme, nutteloze uitslagen van testen, zit je hier aan vast! De bank kan niets doen..

Do no t use this company ever. They take my money out of your account and refuse any refunds.

Scam website. They lure you to take cheap personality test.

Persolabs.org then puts you on two subscriptions unknowingly. You see the first charge then cancel from persolabs. The next month, the ai.persolabs.org has charged a separate subscription.

These sites are scams! Someone needs to put a stop on their u ethical practices!

They suddenly charged my account for 50euro without my consent or anything. They never mention you accepting to a subscription or anything like that. Also you can not see the transaction information or anything on their site. This is fraud! I contacted my bank and hopefully I can get my money back.

IT'S A SCAM!!!!! You pay 1.25€ for one test. and then the trouble starts, and they charge your CC with bigger amounts

If you're seeing this charge, you probably never knowingly signed up for it. I didn't.

Persola Labs hosts personality tests, many of which people find at a vulnerable moment: tests for depression, ADHD and autism, for example. After the test, you're pushed through fake "skip the queue" offers while the report is deliberately delayed. By the time you reach the order form, you're not reading the tiny grey-on-white text that says you're subscribing to two products, Persola Labs and Persola AI.

Here's how it played out for me. The report was a letdown given the time I spent on the questions. A few days later, Persola Labs charged me £39.95. Support refused a refund on a technicality, so I cancelled.

Then Persola AI charged me £29.95. At no point did the support agent mention there was a second subscription still running. Cancelling one does not cancel the other.

That's almost £70 taken from someone who came looking for help and answers.

If you've used Persola Labs, check your statements for this charge too, and cancel both subscriptions separately. Then read the reviews on the Persola Labs page to see the full picture.

I'm reporting this to the FTC in the US, Trading Standards in the UK, and my MP, with full evidence.

It's a scam. Because you pay 0,50 for cutting the line you get another abbonement where you don't know the existence off.

So don't say yes to Persolabs AI-add and Persolabs and persolabs.org.

I had a quick look at this online, but clicked away as soon as I saw it was a paid-for thing. However, I have just had £29.95 taken from my bank account without me agreeing to anything at all! Disgusting and sneaky. I have raised a dispute with my bank.

confirming everyones comments here. personality test to monthly charges that actually never stop even though you get emails saying youve successfully cancelled them. literally going through it with my bank right now and i dont know how to just make it stop.

Scary! Stay away. As most people here say. They say the the test costs 2 euro, then they charge 50 (!!!!) and than 30 within hours. Then you find out you are subscribing, so you cancel and Get a confirmation you have cancelled the subscription but then they still try to debit money out of your account! And when you contact them, you get the answer: oh you have to do this. When you explain that you have unsubscribed from an illegitim service, they apologize and still try to debit money. Scam scam scam. Report them!
