My husband ordered 2 tires in October 2025 and never received them. We contacted them several times and all they do is email back with a bunch of lie. Then when we ask for a refund they claim it was in the process of being refunded. But never got the refund either.

Aim puzzle had a black Friday ad for 1523570 new tires so i ordered 2 on mov28th and they took the money's off my spendwell card a lady by the name of Pauline said because of being very busy my order will be a little arriving to my door and if I didnt receive them I would get a refund here it is the end of Jan and no tires or refund I had ordered a portable ac it was late but I did get it in 2023 so I thought this might be the same way but no I haven't received my refund or tires I feel like I might have been scamed.

total scam. never recieved product and got the run around. then my card was compromised.

This company is a total scam...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! Ordered tires October 2nd...never received them even though it says they were delivered. Support is garbage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

One star is even too good for this place I placed my order almost 3 months ago I still have not received it and they refused to refund me my money they say it got lost in shipping but when I look on their site and I track the package it says it hasn't even been shipped yet I've been asking for a refund for over 2 months and they still absolutely refuse to give me my money back I believe this place is a scam Don't waste your time with them does let's take your money

This company is a scam they will take your money and email you back lies and waste your time lucky my bank is no stranger to dealing with scammers of this nature This site takes your money and hopes people will get tired of trying to get their money back and give up countless emails that focus on them trying to keep a portion by saying the items are shipped fake tracking numbers false infomation and not even reading customers emails people like this should be legally procecuted they are cowards and should not be allowed to do what they do

This company is a fake scamming lined out profile with a webpage set up to present a fake tracking info and also fake response messages in email only, no phone #, and always same 2-4 people who respond to you! They denied me a refund once my product was said to be delivered but was not and had been past the 30 day return policy they have and then to top it off I had to get the package that is still in Hong Kong, refunded thru my CashApp company due to them company being a fraud!!

I see around 90 percent bad from this company and only the 10 percent get a reply from aim puzzles Wouldn’t buy for sure

Didn’t not recieve the package and it say it was delivered but not to me and before they would answer my email and now they are ghosting me so I wouldn’t order from them ever again and if I was u I wouldn’t order from there either

If you haven't received your product or refund from Aim puzzle, I've looked up several sources to sue or file complaint. Look for company complaints in China. I ordered something July 2, they took my payment immediately. My package wasn't sent till July 12th. On July 30th they said my package was delivered. After a week of complaints, on August 8th they offered a refund minus 10$ for the shipping. As of today September 7th, no refund yet

I orderd two tires and all it shows is that they took my money and no tracking ordered on 8/6/2025

I ordered a product that took 2 weeks to even get shipped. Then another 2 weeks to be told my package was delivered when it wasn't. My bank can't even reverse charges because they aren't responsible for missing property. This site is a big scam

Ordered merchandise from Aimpuzzle but never received anything. Wanted a refund but they ignore me. They are truly a scam

I placed an order. The order was in transit for 21 days. I was tracking the day by day. It appears on the tracking website it was delivered. I go outside there was nothing. I check my security cameras there was nothing. It is a scam.
I tried to buy 4 tires.

I would rate this company 0 stars, ordered what I thought was inexpensive tires. It's been a month now and nothing, just recently received a so called tracking number, nothing. What does reporting this company and complaining to the BBB do for the consumers that have been ripped off.

This company is a scam it’s been over a month and I still haven’t got my order yet I will be reporting them to better bussiness bureau ppl work to hard for them to be stealing your money

This company is a SCAM!!!!
They never sent my order and after enquiring more than a dozen times and receiving what was almost certainly an AI generated reply they finally agreed to refund my money (less $10 for the postage they said) but even that never showed up. After 6 months NOTHING!
