Oliver is a great coach and has been very helpful during the virtual classes. He takes the time to explain what you need and is good at giving you examples that helps you understand the concepts.

This company has gone massively downhill.

Marking is completely inconsistent. I've had two assignments marked as having used AI, and even though I've been able to offer proof that I didn't use it, been threatened with "academic misconduct". Assignments get submitted for marking, returned with feedback - which is fair enough - but then the second submission will get marked, and have brand new areas of feedback they want addressed, even things that were marked as correct initially.

I spoke to two people within the student services' team who acknowledged the poor quality marking and feedback. Both of them, upon assessing my work themselves, confirmed that it didn't seem like AI, and that there had been no actual actionable feedback given.

On top of that, the program they use to "check for AI" is, in itself, an AI. I've got friends doing the same course with AIPT who are also finding their assignments are getting returned to them, sometimes within a day, and being marked as 100 percent AI generated. How can something be fairly assessed and marked in less than a day?

When assignments do come back, marking is utterly inconsistent across the board. The sheer amount of coursework is overwhelming, a lot of the material is outdated/doesn't make a great deal of sense for inclusion in the course, and additional help costs extra.

I regret taking this on at all. If I were to do my cert 3 and 4 again - which I won't be, because this experience has completely robbed any joy I previously found in studying or fitness - I would do it literally anywhere else.

I recently completed the 10967NAT Diploma of Nutrition with AIPT and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The course was nationally recognised, well‑structured, and genuinely prepared me for real‑world nutrition work. The support team was consistently helpful, responsive, and encouraging throughout my studies. I felt guided, supported, and confident at every stage. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a valid, reputable pathway into nutrition.

The education support team is amazing the two stars is based on purely them. They are so helpful and so kind and always are prompt with their responses.
HOWEVER, I was sold a fast tracked program told I would obtain my certificates quicker. When I finished my program I received “congratulations on completing your certificate three in fitness” however I only received a COA meaning I couldn’t get any work with this, I lost multiple job opportunities, I was in communication with an off shore team which were practically reading off script. No one was actually able to help me (not their fault they are given strict guidelines). The only way I was able to get my certificate three was to enter back into the standard program and pay 400 dollars extra to do this…. I tried to explain how this has actually lost me money and that they were selling something that actually wasnt provided to you when it should have been I asked if they would be kind enough to wave the fee of 400 due to the inconvenience and out of good faith, they refused AND then they said they would charge me if I needed further assistance from their team !!!!
Honestly if I had of known all this prior to enrolling I would have gone elsewhere for the cost.
