Right from the beginning...with Malcolm guiding me through what we needed, to Callum and his assistant efficiently installing the AC, I was happy and confident of their professionalism.

They did a very neat job and although I was in a rush..they were not. Thanks!

Great service - The initial scoping was conducted quickly and without fuss. Booking was very smooth and installation was within a few weeks. The price is very competitive.

We installed AC units in four rooms using The Air Conditioning Company. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service we received was amazing and the installation went very smoothly and neatly. They cleaned up after each day and worked around our schedule. We were very pleased with the final installation.

From what I hear, this company is awesome. Keep up the good work.

Please be careful before you part with your Money!!! Keep clear of a guy called. (A Director) They don’t tell you about the NO refund policy, which was not mentioned at point of sale or any of the receipts or documents provided. Apparently is on the website. I did ask exactly Where to be told somewhere!! I bought a unit that was DOA. They first accused me of not setting the unit up. I asked if somome could come round and take a look. Their answer was if you want help Could you bring it back? A hefty and expensive unit.Terrible Service. I returned to the team to be told I was correct. The device was faulty. I requested a refund, and they said to take or leave it, have another device or keep the faulty one! Poor service. I had to take the heavy unit back. They could of polity offered a delivery, but yet the terrible service continued. I requested a replacement invoice for warranty purposes which I was told No. If you want an air con company with the most annoying hold music and terrible service, use this company. I will never part a single penny with this company! I am a business owner myself. I am used to dealing with customer-focused could companies not like this one. Fantastic company. Everyone I dealt with - from the lady who initially answered the phone; through the air con and electrics surveyors who came out to plan the job; through the "boss", Malcolm, to the guys, Scott and Mark, who worked really hard over two full days installing my air con system - was super professional, competent, and friendly. They got my installation done in a very short time and every detail is finished perfectly. I cannot recommend this company too highly.

My initial enquiry was dealt with in a professional and friendly manner. The surveyor came to visit and explained the options re models and cost. The two men who came to install the Unit were polite, efficient Covid aware and clean and tidy. The whole process from beginning to end was problem free. I would definitely recommend Airconco. We're recently hired several of AirConCo's industrial fans to try and combat the heat, and I've been extremely happy with the quality of product and the customer service, in particular Silvia. One of the fans we hired was missing a part due on arrival but the team quickly organised a replacement part to be sent down same day. Have already booked in my next hire!

Helpful & supportive staff who dealt quickly and efficiently with questions and changes to initial order. Prompt delivery & collection of units by the independent couriers which Air Con Co engaged. Online guide for size of units needed easy to use. Units provided were in pristine condition and very effective for the space they were needed.

What a Great Company! What a Great Team!

My experience with this company when buying a portable air conditioning was absolutely brilliant. Due to time, I collected the unit and whilst doing was helped and guided through the options by Tyesha (who obviously has a great future ahead) plus met Garry and Jeff who are both extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and entertaining gents.

Companies and teams are individuals all working together and the Air Conditioning Company is the perfect example of how it's done. I cannot recommend this Company enough - don't both looking elsewhere.

The engineers that installed the units were brilliant. They did a thorough job, including super neat trunking, and we're tidy for the duration of the job.

The Air Conditioning Company has just installed air conditioning in my main bedroom. It was a pleasure to deal with them from start to finish. After my initial enquiry the survey and plan took place almost immediately and the work took almost one day shortly afterwards. I am delighted with the results. The unit is unobtrusive, quiet and effective. And the price seemed good. My timing of course was perfect- just before the heatwave. I would definitely recommend the Air con Co.

Very helpful in terms of recommending the correct approach for my size property and requirements. The team who installed were helpful and completed the work ahead of schedule. A slight issue with the piping not being covered and me having to contract a separate service to cover that up, but aside from that all good. It's coming up for a year on since the installation and it still works absolutely fine.

Airconco provide quality materials and service and are the only company to provide 10 years warranty (as long as your units are serviced by them annually) . Their staff is professional and well trained, they did a multi-split unit installation in my house with 3 air con units. Gary and Malcolm are very friendly and easy to deal with. Peter is one of the installation supervisors and he did a great job, considering all the little details that make a difference. Well done!
