I have the aircraft power glide and it had stopped working and even though it was out of warranty the company took it and fixed it for me
I have had issues with their customer service. I paid extra for express delivery but my spare didn’t arrive for 53 hours. I didn’t find this acceptable, and actually falls in their standard (free) 2... Ver mais

We have had an aircraft power glide since 2020 and its used 3-4 times a week in a large area. We have been v happy with it. I have bought new pads over the years but it has been great and much easier... Ver mais

Had a problem with the ball joint coming away from the base unit. They sent out a new base unit without any hassle even though i offered to pay. Excellent product and excellent customer service from Helpful and friendly staff would highly recommend
I really love my aircraft floor cleaner. It makes keeping my very pale floor tiles a lot easier to keep clean. It charges quickly and keeps its charge even when it hasn’t been used for a couple of days so it’s easy to get out, switch on and off I go! It’s not hard work either, the machine glides over the floor and is extremely quiet and gives great results. I’m delighted.
The Powerglide is a wonderful machine. Mine is now two years old and it still works reliably. The battery didn’t appear to work when I first bought it but their customer service is second to none, they sorted out the problem immediately even ringing me back to check it was now working.
The machine leaves my high gloss tiles immaculately clean and shiny without any streaking.
I can’t recommend it highly enough.
Excellent product and service from this Company. They are even open on a Saturday and even answer the telephone quickly. They have been really helpful to and so thank you Bryn, Dean and Hollie for all your good advice.
I just wanted to post a review about the excellent customer service that I received after the sprayer on our PowerGlide gave up the ghost. After contacting AirCraft customer service turned out there was nothing that could be done for the machine.
However, the AirCraft customer service team was really very helpful and the response time was really fast. Not usually used to that when dealing with customer service teams!
A screw came out of my Aircraft Powerglide and when I tried to find out where this had come from I found that the base of my Powerglide had cracked. The unit was under warranty and my original had also cracked. It was very easy to get in touch with Customer Services at Aircraft and Kirsty sorted out my problem extremely quickly and without any fuss. I am now waiting for a replacement base to be delivered under warranty and hopefully this will be the last time I have a cracked machine. Thank you Kirsty very much for your professionalism.
My aircraft power glide broke by accident and it was super easy getting in touch with customer service instantly, the response rate by email and clear communication were refreshing and within 3-5 days I had my replacement part in the house. Truly superb. Very grateful.

I got the aircraft powerglide over a year ago and I love it .
Although recently it started to not work right .
I got in touch with their customer service and they got straight back to me .
They helped me sort out the problem straight away.
I must add the fault was my own I wasn’t taking the battery off to charge it so it had to be manually reset .
I would recommend this floor cleaner 100% and their customer service
What a amazing customer service provided, within 20 minutes my issue was resolved, fantastic.
Love my spinny mop! However my battery wasn't charging so I emailed the company Saturday night and got a reply Sunday morning at 8:15 - unbelievable! They suggested several things to try and asked for some info - I went to take a pic of the charger to send and realised it was the wrong one so NOTHING wrong with my battery and I'm an idiot - however what brilliant customer service. Other companies should take note. Thank you!
The base unit snapped on my machine, I contacted customer services who were super quick to reply sent a few photos to show it was damaged and they have sent a replacement, their customer service is second to none, fab machine and fab customer services
Had a chat with Shane re my battery problem and he has offered a great solution and given great advice re battery care. Excellent customer service, thank you so much.
I was impressed with the response that I got when I reported that my Aircraft Floor Cleaner had broken. Within three days, I had a replacement. This was exceptional service.
I can't fault the customer service at Aircraft.
I had a problem with my machine and the customer support team were so helpful.
I received a replacement part within 24hrs and everything works well again.

Although my PowerGlide was out of the guarantee period the customer service team especially Sydney could not of been more helpful.
Was absolutely lost without the machine when out of action.

I bought this machine totally loved it, does a fantastic job, However after using it a couple of times the rechargable battery stopped charging. I got intouch with there customer services, and sure enough I got a prompt reply like promised, asking many questions and requesting photos of serial numbers etc; I waited to here back and nothing, I emailed them again I received the same letter re: question and request however I redid this for them and pointed out this is my second time responding. And nothing again I emailed and asked if they were getting my emails ok, to which they replied yes, and resent the same letter to me for a third time . By now I'm quite frustrated pointed out iv done this twice already. And again nothing I'm getting no response or advice on what has happened to my battery, in my opinion a very expensive floor cleaner iv used literally 4 times I still have all the box with new pads etc and can't use it 😐

I have found the Aircraft Powerglide to be the most amazing floor cleaner. Worth every penny. Great results without the fatigue associated with steam mopping large areas (its just a case of guiding the cleaner, very little effort involved). Lightweight and cordless. Honesty I have been thrilled with it!
