I have the aircraft power glide and it had stopped working and even though it was out of warranty the company took it and fixed it for me
I have had issues with their customer service. I paid extra for express delivery but my spare didn’t arrive for 53 hours. I didn’t find this acceptable, and actually falls in their standard (free) 2... Ver mais

We have had an aircraft power glide since 2020 and its used 3-4 times a week in a large area. We have been v happy with it. I have bought new pads over the years but it has been great and much easier... Ver mais

Customer service support is excellent, efficient and speedy.
The product itself is amazing and such a help cleaning areas large and small - does an excellent job!! The customer service is absolutely amazing - I recently broke a part of my AirCraft and although it was out of warranty they collected it and fixed it free of charge and all done within 5 days!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic customer service.
My Aircraft PowerGlider had snapped at the base of the handle and although I was out of the guarantee period, Sydney from the company reached out to offer a repair service free of charge.
All I had to do was box it up and take it to the post office, which is literally across the road from me. They took about 5 working days and viola it was delivered, all fixed to me.
In fact, they also replaced the water container cover that my dog had chewed 😄 and the water squirter cover that had come off (my fault and not the dog's 🤣)!
All I can say is this that this is how companies should be run. Companies need to take a leaf out of ACH and learn how to treat their customers.
Even my teenage kids were impressed and they are harsh critics.
And if you can't tell by now .....I really really like the Aircraft PowerGlider 👍🏾.
Shane has been great in rectifying an issue I've encountered and investigated my issue thoroughly.
I got a response on a Sunday evening within 5 minutes of emailing.
Knowledgeable staff at the end of the phone and very helpful and patient. Sydney was so understanding and helpful. Replacement battery sent out immediately. Excellent customer care.

I initially left a review which was through frustration and i felt it wasn't fair as i hadn't contacted the company first, therefore i deleted it. I did contact the company and i am so pleased i did, they were really helpful and were only too pleased to offer full support and resolve the issue i had. To be really honest they went above my expectations, well done on offering excellent and customer service.

Thankyou for your amazing customer service. I sent an email, it was answered straight away, problem sorted and battery ordered and put in the post. The Powerglider is just brilliant to use and to have such good customer service as well, I will definitely order from you again.
I had an issue with my Powerglider not starting, despite a fully charged battery. The unit is just over a year old. I emailed customer service to ask for advice and got a near instant response, which totally solved .
Friendly, helpful, swift - 10/10 - am very happy to recommend both the product and the aftercare.

I bought this mop on the recommendation of a friend and I am thrilled with it. Unfortunately a crack developed in the base which caused it to leak. I contacted customer services not really expecting the damage to be covered under the guarantee but to my delight it was. I cannot praise Jamie and Sydney highly enough for their prompt, efficient and friendly response. I phoned on Friday afternoon to report the damage and at 9.20 am on Monday morning my replacement base was delivered. Thank you so very much and I will not hesitate to recommend your product to my friends.
Excellent customer service, no quibble response to a faulty machine, Shane was very helpful and very patient with my requests. Nothing was to much trouble for him.
The service we received from aircraft home support was first class, the problem we had was resolved within two days the help given by Jamie was excellent and I would recommend the company to my friends and family
Firstly, I love this mop, it's fantastic. I've raved about it to friends since I bought it - really cleans my floors like nothing else and is so easy to use. But then the base snapped off the handle, and I emailed customer services who were BRILLIANT. As others have said, you get a very prompt response, and they despatched a replacement mop base which arrived today. I'm so impressed - highly recommend both the mop and this company - well done and thank you!
Really impressed with the customer service. A part on the mop broke, my emails were answered swiftly, politely and a replacement part sent out. It arrived the next day and was simple to repair so I have my mop back.

Excellent support. Called re a faulty battery and within an hour a new one was cinfirmed as dispatched. Can’t fault.
We were very pleasantly surprised as to how quickly Aircraft responded to our report of damage to our electric floor cleaner and to their no quibble offer to replace the damaged unit. We received the replacement head without delay and we are very satisfied. Strongly recommend Aircraft.
