Excellent experience! From navigating the website, through ordering the airplane and getting timely updates on delivery, it was great dealing with Aircraft Vibes. I opened the box and the metal airplane silhouette is very well made. It is a Christmas present to my husband and I can’t wait for him to see it. For now, it is a surprise!

Absolutely awesome sign came as described with custom lettering and numbers for my airplane. This is not the traditional neon from the 80s or 90s, so I assume it will last a long time, expert craftsmanship thank you.

Product looks great. It is a gift for my son by I had to look. It took 19 days to get here with regular updates once shipped. Good job. Hardware doesn’t make sense so maybe leave it out. All screws were pushed thru cardboard. May need to beef up packaging.
Bottom line is I would order again.

My return (due to wrong colour choice on my side) was lost in the post and she reached out to the post company to arrange everything. I now received a new B737 neon silhouette in soft white and it is beautiful! Thanks :-)

I was very pleased with the model of the Embraer ERJ-190 that I recently purchased. It arrived in the USA in about a week, no issues with customs, and was extremely easy to install on the wall with just a couple of nails.
I also have small plastic model of the same plane, and the two look fantastic together on the wall.

Ordered mid-November. In transit since Nov 22. According to 3rd party shipping company is sitting in Belgium fedex hub since Nov 24. I have already paid extra 30$ shipping fees to FedEx with zero updates. I think I’ll cancel my credit card payment.

My second purchase, B1 Lancer, looks great on my wall. FedEx kept me informed of the location of my purchase. It took about 2 weeks, but I'm satisfied.
My first purchase was an F16, which had the same experience was informed every step of the way

supposed to arrive Nov.26th, 2 days ago, had to make a $31.00 additional payment online to FedEx...so not sure what's going on...tracking shows " in transit, out for delivery"

Have not received my purchase. Had no idea this is a chinese company. Would never purchase from them again.

It has been 10 days since my order was placed and my credit card charged. I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT YET.
The only communication has been via a third party called Shippy Pro which states the product is “In Transit“ from POLAND
NO estimated delivery date FED EX has No tracking information. This is a scam!!

I have not received mine yet, I think that's FedEx problem. I simply hope to get it soon or I have to cancel my payment.

Orderd two frames up to now - 5 others are on my whishlist - and all arrived in pretty shape. No bends, no scrathes - perfect as it should be. Delivery times was always wihin 7 days.
